Prawns at the Grill at the Hyatt in Kamala
Prawns are one of those overated things here in Phuket that we tend to scoff at. Unfortunately all the farm grown prawn here does not end up having any flavor so they end up as items thrown into curries, etc.
This was an exception as chef Alessandro has got a connection for some of the best tasting local prawn we have ever tried. This dish is fantastic. The grill at the Hyatt in Kamala is fantastic and the views are unparalleded so go there and check out the sunset while you try this dish. You will be glad you did.
