Turning Stop Motion into a Comic Book

- Inspired by the most recent Spiderman movie, I wanted to see what it would look like to add 2D effects and graphics to a stop motion animation I create. One of the hardest and tedious projects I've worked on, but I'm so happy with the end result!

The animation turned out amazing, but I also wanna point out how awesome your editing of these videos is! The pop-up text and all of the cuts/transitions are done incredibly well and elevate the video to a new level.

Yeah, the pop up texts were hilarious!
A tip I have for u is to shoot in 2’s and 1’s so your fps is 24 and you shoot 2 frames instead of 1 so it’s technically 12 fps and this method means u can switch from 24 to 12 fps easily and for different movements u might want slower or faster I suggest researching a bit more into it
I do this and it's worked really well for me so far

@@sam-beigeOh and a tip, I recommend that you try to animate some parts of an animations on 2’s and 3’s where you shoot the same shot 2 or 3 times, it can be a life saver

I think wrapping the holder mount in green tape could help on the editing side. Daniel Schiffer has a bunch of technique vids that could apply

AI programs can now automatically help you remove video backgrounds, so that you don’t have to do it frame by frame like in 4:57. I recently tried Runway AI and it worked really well! Hope it helps you for next time!

This was a really cool concept dude! As a figure collector, I love that you used the Mafex Miles too! I'm hoping to try stop motion soon, but as a challenge since my viewers have been asking for it a lot. Where did you get the rig because I feel that would come in handy. So the rig I got from Kinetic Armatures. They have a bunch depending on the size and weight you need. That's a good question though, there are a bunch of little things I do to make sure the camera and lighting don't change. So I'd recommend mounting the camera to something really stable, and making sure your light source is consistent. You can always hit me up on IG if you want to talk through stop motion setups in more detail :D
not a big fan on stop motion and the final thign was coolish, but you def deserve a like and sub for how underrated you are. i also acknowledge the quality and efforts put into this video so props to you w that man. from content creator to content creator i could see the amount of effort put into this

TIPS!!! you can use clay that is kinda sticky you can put it on the figures feet dont put to much or you will see it for like flying get something small that you cant even see it
