- After a very long six months of little sleep and hard work prepping the car, we finally made it to Rocky Mountain Raceweek!!
For this event, we towed the CrayZ for over 24 hours to Great Bend, Kansas from North Idaho. Once we arrived, the tow pickup and trailer went into "impound". For the next week, we are only allowed to drive/access the CrayZ and her little trailer. We will be driving from track-to-track only on the scenic backroads through all of the little towns, covering over 1,300 miles and racing and 4 race tracks.
Here we go!!

Looks like you are enjoying all the hard work you put into that fun little car. Also the editing on this video is top notch. Love the line chart showing rpms and tps during the race. Good stuff and cant wait to see how the rest of the event goes.
Thank you! We would love to see you bring one of your cars out to a drag and drive!
@@WrenchChill I currently dont have anything worth bringing to a drag strip haha. The yellow olds would be funny though. Perhaps after I get the 6.0 LQ9 with stage 2 and long headers in Disaster Transport.
@@PostalRedneck anything is worth bringing to a drag strip! Haha.

I can't believe how well those wheels and tires fit the wheelwells.
It is very, very close. I definitely had to roll the fenders a bit 😅

Good job guys. Gotta get those first race jitters out and then things start to improve. Just making it to RMRW was a win for you anyway! 😉👍🏻
The first race jitters were terrible for me!! 😂 Thankfully they got better after every pass.

Awesome content.. thanks
Glad you enjoyed it! More videos like this coming out this week 😊
Man that looks like an awesome time. I don't think I'd want anything over the original 93hp in my Datsun up here in the Colorado Rockies
Drag racing is so much fun, even without lots of power!! 😊
