How To Make Pumpkin Halwa | Pethe Ka Halwa | Sweet Pumpkin Dessert Recipe

In this video I show you how to make Pumpkin Halwa also known as Pethe Ka Halwa in the South Asian Cuisine. This pumpkin halwa is perfect for this festive season and can be eaten for breakfast or tea.
Ingredients:
120g Ghee or Salted Butter
2 Green Cardamoms
100g Semolina
800g Boiled Pumpkin or Tinned Puree
120g Caster Sugar - Adjust to taste
1 ½ Cup Full Fat Milk
Pinch Elaichi Powder
Cashew Nuts - As required
Coconut Slices - As required
Blanched Almonds - As required
Green Raisins - As required
