Hi, for 800 grams of pumpkin how much sugar do you add in grams ? and at what temperature do you set the oven ?
Hi. The measurements are: 1 kg of pumpkin to 500gr of sugar ✨
180*C with my oven.

You can cook on the stove. Cook the pumpkin with sugar and its own juice over low-medium heat. When it reaches the softness you want, boil it on high heat, thicken the sugar and absorb it into the pumpkin.
And you can server with nuts, berries, kaimak, tahini, ice cream or whatever you want 😂

THAT AMOUNT OF SUGAR WILL KILL PEOPLE. WE NEED HEALTHY DESSERTS.
you can do this with honey, but you can not cook with them together. boil the pumpkin like a potato, mash it and mix it with honey when it cools down and serve it with nuts, berries, kaimak, tahini or whatever you want
