- This is the traditional version of beef tapa, this is very famous in the philippines where it is in every corner of almost every restaurant. it is usually paired with garlic fried rice and fried egg. The soy sauce provides the savory taste and paired with sugar, gives balance to the taste. Calamansi or the filipino lemon acts as a meat tenderizer as well as adding zing to the flavours.
As i learned this recipe, i was astonished on how easy it is to make and it quickly became my go to meals when i want some tender juicy savory beef.

@@user-nm1ho1uf1e it is

''TAADAA nothing happened.''
that got me haha
it loooks so tempting ja tasty
How do you make your spicy vinegar sauce??
I enjoyed some of your recipes as well... super yummy tapa here! but im not sure, have u tried mixing your marinate with apple cider? I think its the apple cider would tenderise your beef more. coz I do this too with olive oil. thanks for showing your own version and I love your fried egg, so perfect! parang sa book hahaha.
Glad you enjoy our recipes! Haven’t tried apple cider. I like the flavor Kalamansi gives. Acids will help tenderise the beef. It just depends on what flavors you want, the ratios would be different of course. Thanks for watching!
Ooo... I miss asian food!
For how long do you let it marinate?
Nice 😃🧡💗🌷❤🌹🌼👌💓
Can i use coconut oil instead of olive oil? Thanks in advance
You think this would work with pork? Like pork shoulder or maybe a lean cut?
My fave breakfast dish, tapsilog 😍
Thanks cuz!
Thanks cuz!

Homemade Jollibee😋
❤❤❤❤
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Kung walng olive oil??? Anopo pde iplt
How about the rice? How did you make it?
Camera equipment?
Can you make a cinnamon roll please
How did you make the egg so perfect?
Egg mold or small pan. Low heat.
Do ramen!!!!!!
Tried it today, followed exactly the measurement, it's good, but not the taste I was looking for,, its more like bistek to me prolly because of calamansi. I'll try to recreate it again next time and omit calamansi.
Thank you for trying it out!
The more you cook meat the harder they become
Lol
Fantastic recipe but I would be good to show how many minutes to cook or keep the ingredients in the membrane cellophane 🙏🏻
You can use it after 15 min in the freezer but i prefer to marinate it for atleast 1 day for better taste
고기는 어느부위인가요? 깔라만시없는데 원액사서하면될까요?
You can use lemon
@@cathy1770 😊 thanks

I tried this, didn’t turn out good
why did you simmer the beef instead of stir frying in oil? simmering technique is from japanese version Gyudon beef recipe
hi lol
reminds me of Mongolian beef???? anyone else think so????
Nope, just you.
hilarious@@wencydarrelilar2021
Nilagyan ng tubig 😂 kaloka.
Oil doesn't make beef tender, so you can skip this
much better siguro kung ung usual na tapa ung recipe or else sana sinabi mo sa title mo na ibang recipe gagawin mo. di ko expect ung olive oil 😅
Good idea to not give the ingredients and leave it all to guess work........
Description
🤦🏽♀️
This recipe is too sweet, too much water and overcooked. Less water, less time to simmer and less sugar guys.
