In this world of warcraft classic video I do some testing on my level 10 rogue dodge twink, I try fighting vs level 60s and see how dodge works at that level, maybe going into battlegrounds next?

Common misconception as we dont care if you overpower when we are geared, just as long as we dodge the mortal =p
@@666evo666 Actually, overpower just do 50p damage than mortal strike, and have +50% crit chance (from talents) so yeah, unless you have a healer that is affected by -50% healing, then you have to worry about it.
@@exanimato6586 You can and should evasion tank warriors depending on situation. You rather get overpower crit once every 5 seconds or eat a sword proc double crit + mortal strike lol.
Lol I saw this playing vanilla, a lvl 10 was beting gold vs lvl 60 on duels (only autoatack) or something like that, funy thing is I saw it in the background while I was getting rekt by a warrior (I was a 60 rogue) didn't pay much attention but I remember people freaking out 🤣, really funny seeing it now

How does it affect you that Druids have max weapon skill when in form? Was the Rogue not at max weapon skill when he was attacking you?
yes the rogue was, the druid too. The reason why he hit is because I removed kings, going below 100% dodge.

Can you explain why this works? I thought rouges get like 1% dodge per 14/15 agility? How do you get to 117%? :0
it is because the lower you are, the better stats scale, for example at level 1, you get 0.87% dodge per agility point.

@@qayxswedcrfv1 no problem :) no strength is not as op as dodge, it of course scales better but agility is just the best. It also increase crit by a lot, you can check my latest video in BGS and see how much damage I do.
@@Exehn hey another question: are the scalings on lower lvls worth keeping a twink on lower lvl? For example if your rouge was lvl 19, would the dodge chance drop by a lot? Thx in advance :D

When I played wow there was a guy that. Would always run around gold shire his name was lvl10 and he was insane destroy everyone that got infront of him. This was like a looooonnnnggg time ago

well 100%+ dodge was possible in TBC at level 70 on rogues (98% for druids) but it does require a specific group of classes like Shaman for agility totem.

It will definitely go below under 100%, but not sure exactly by how much.

Sounds so weird when you have like lots of different voice recordings, try have your head same position throughout all the video, it sounds so choppy, you can hear it really well at around 30 second mark

Hey! It's not something you should do with your first character, you need to first level to 60 and if you want to build a new character like this you use your 60 to get the gear for him.

is it possible to get that crazy dodge rating in wotlk 3.3.5? seems like the max i could get on bis items and nelf is around 45-50%

Would this work with a lvl 10 (or maybe even a bit higher) night elf hunter and aspect of the monkey active (+8% dodge) or is this type of build only possible on a rouge?
I think Hunter didn't get as much dodge as rogue, I had tried

sadly no, the only way would be with a shaman totem. You can only get that buff during february, love is in the air.

hunters might be able to reach even higher dodge and parry than rogue...is that possible. with deterrence...no problem...but without idk well they have improved the aspect of the monkey that gives 6% bonus dodge for 3 talent points in TBC. they also gain parry. and a lot of hp. there are actually 2 dodge talent. Catlike releases 3 % dodge. and spect alone gives 8%. so 17% just by talent and spect of the monkey. Deterrence gives u 25% dodge AND 25% parry for 10s....5 min CD)
may i ask why this cannot be achieved with a level 60? Can you make 100% dodge on a 60?
cause stats scale better the lower level you are, at 60 you won't get much dodge per agility point

What if... the 60 has +12% hit and a weapon skill of 310 / 300
Hit doesn't matter, it only effects misses not dodge
lets put it this way, his dodge is so high, that it pushed off any possibility for someone to hit them, regardless even if they have a billion +hit. the hit stack order is Miss > Parry > Dodge > Block > Crit > Hit. they are added in that order until they hit 100%, and anything else from the next stack is ignored. its similar to tanks that stack 440 defense to make themselves uncrushable. except glancing blows and crushing blows don't exist in pvp. talk to your local tank. also having +10 more weapon skill knocks off only 1% dodge on bosses, not in pvp. in pvp its very small.
the rogue was raid spec and daggers, so they only need 6% hit to be capped, 5% from talents, and their dagger skill was 305 ( from talents ). so if they have 8% hit from gear, they have 13% to hit, and only need 6% to yellow hit cap. but both yellow hits and white hits calculate dodge before crit/hit. thus they removed the miss chance from their gear/talents, but his twink had so much dodge, that that filled up the rest of the hit stack, thus all damage roll calculations always resulted in a 'dodge' outcome.
in TBC, a rogue at lvl 70 could do exactly what this twink did, and stack dodge and agility, and get to 107% dodge chance, and become dodge tanks. this is why i believe in wrath, they added diminishing returns for things like dodge and parry, where the more you dodge or parry you attempt to stack, it will scale depending on how much you already have, so that you cant get untouchable characters like this twink or lvl 70 dodge tank rogues.
granted, i haven't checked any of the details since wrath was live so i could be wrong. but i do remember a nerf to defense stacking for dodge and parry. around that timeframe.
