It doesn't bother me at all that they're even roaming around the intersection, it's just that they are harassing people and damaging people's cars. If they were just polite and didn't harass people that didn't want their windows cleaned, it wouldn't even be a big deal to me.

A 15 year old squeegee kid is in jail with no bail for killing a man. The man didn't want his windows clean and chased the 5 boys with a baseball bat. One threw a rock and hit the man in the head and another boy pulled out a gun, fired a shot and killed the man.

Most of these aren't kids, they're young adults. I've been intimidated several times going into the city. That's why I avoid the city like the plague which in turn hurts the city revenues. Police these intersections or more businesses will leave the city.
These kids are the ones doing 90% of the shootings. I’ve never had a problem with them cause I’m respectful to them but never let your guard down in Baltimore
