@@LivingStLouis perhaps some videos actually walking a neighborhood - for those areas where that makes sense - say STL city or planned community- New Town. The partner videos are good but I also like the original formats - you can mix them up for variation. Interior shots or tours can be good, like This House on CZcams sometimes did. But the interior pics are also online for listings so maybe thats redundant. Overall, love the energy of the channel and the positive take on STL. I'm learning a lot about the neighborhoods and burbs. 💪
I live in Lake St. Louis but not in the official central community. I dated a chick that did so she had access to the beach, clubhouse and fitness area etc etc. Her family did not have a boat however. I'm wondering though what the current 2023 regulations are on boating in the actual Lake. You have to download them and it's a pain. I think they outlawed PWC's entirely a decade or so ago unless it's changed. I believe it was because of noise.....That is strange if so because that would mean you probably can't use any kind of loud V8 Powered Power Boat either then. I thought it said boats can't be bigger than 20ft either.........It's a nice Lake it's just very small. It's only like 625 acres of water I believe compared to the Ozarks 54k - 55k Acres. I have never been even remotely bothered by noise at the Ozarks. I like it. Lake St. Louis isn't that big so not allowing 40ft Twin V8 Cigarette boats is understandable but not allowing PWC's is the wrong call in my opinion. It's a small lake which is why it's perfect for small boats like PWC's. I guess if it is because of noise then I can't even use a small Sea-Doo boat I'm there either. What is your opinion on this?
Really good question - all of LSL is within the Wentzville school district but the big lake is split down the middle by high school. The western side is Holt and the eastern side is Timberland
This video is giving information which is already readily available if you know how to do a simple Google search. Not sure what you mean by 'exploiting' your neighbors. If you don't like the video, don't watch it 👍
Great info! I never knew about the CA until these Lake St. Louis videos.
Yes it's definitely an important aspect of LSL if the amenities are important to you!!
Great video! We are almost done with our rental in St. Peter’s and would love for our primary to be in lsl soon!
Thanks for watching! LSL is awesome -- St. Peters is great too! Do you have any other questions about LSL we didn't cover in this vid?
Great video guys! Your channel is one of my go-tos for info on STL. Keep it up. 👍👍
Thanks so much for watching!!! Is there anything we could do better or add to the content on this channel?

@HX79 I appreciate the honest feedback!! Will definitely try to incorporate more walking style footage of houses and neighborhoods

Cute video, don't love the telling people how to saturate the CA more than it already is; or exploiting my neighbors houses, but it is cute.
