That image of the deformed zombie is genuinely unsettling. There's something about a creature that can't feel anything suddenly smiling that gives me the creeps. The only thing that makes the jumpscare even more terrifying to me is the fact that the smile is stretching off the face. That's ascending past breaking point right there.
This has also been one of the better creepy pastas imo. The way footage of the actual game is included just makes it 10x better (even if it was the most terrifying part - that jumpscare).

I think U53RDV is leetspeak for “USERDV”. Maybe DV stands for developer, because the protagonist entered a developer mode?
Maybe DV means Dave because it kinda makes me think of the fact that in pvz 2 Penny calls Crazy Dave User Dave.

User Dave was used since PVZ2, what if it actually is User Dave instead of User Developer? It kinda makes sense if you think of it harder
