Hi. If you don't know the password, then you will need to factory default each camera that's giving you that message. See here czcams.com/video/dL8uGqaU4D8/video.html
If you have all the cameras in main (HD) view and it goes blank. That's because your computer can't handle it. You have to switch it to SD mode. Question for you. - How many cameras are you running on live view? - What processor and video card do you have on the computer?
@@JasonTech Thank you for your reply. I have 8 cameras. I am not sure I understand about switching to SD mode on my computer which has a Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz The main view only shows for a very short time, but I would like to view cameras continuously while I am working in the office. It always used to stay on until I upgraded the internet.
Thank you for your time and helpful video. Keep up the good work.

On the main view page, on the left side where your camera list is. Hit the 3 dots - then go to Stream - hit All Fluent.
@@JasonTech Thanks for your reply Jason. It didn't work though, so it must be some other setting that I have wrong! :(
