  • This video covers the installation steps for our 4400 and 4500 Infinity Bypass Sliding Enclosures. The Full-Size Shower Door as well as the Tub height enclosure of this model follow the same installation steps. Please read the written instructions and watch the installation video fully before starting your installation process. This is important as it will help you familiarize yourself with the specific tools and drill bits you need depending on your wall's backing material.

But how do you adjust it if it’s sliding open on its own?

Hi there, thank you for your question. It is hard to give an answer with certainty, since we cannot see your door, but it most likely needs a tub track filler. The curb of your tub is probably slanted, creating a slope for the door to roll down on. If the door is properly installed with any needed fillers, the door will not open on its own. You can order a filler in our Parts Store on our website at www.bascoshowerdoor.com, or contact our Customer Care team for assistance if you have any questions about the part number or the installation of the filler. You can reach us at 1.800.45.BASCO or via inquiry@bascoshowerdoor.com.
