Snap also makes one I’ve used it plenty of times on Mercedes benz since the shop I work for only works on Mercedes but I’m sure it will work on other models I can post the part number if once I get back to work on Monday. Trust me it’s a life saver!

@@gil2934 If you want to find out more about the 6.3 AMGs check Tasos Moschatos channel on here. The guy specialized in those. You'll find out they have problems with camshafts and related parts, head bolts, timing components, oil seals etc. It's a nightmare if you dont have a knowledge or own a garage just skip it
@@kize32 those are really engine flaws that were fixed in updated engines, and can still be fixed if they weren't done on your car. They aren't recurring flaws like on bmws. legit streetcars and amg meister have done videos on the m156, they're basically bullet proof after those flaws get fixed.

More time effort and money has been spent on developing the stock mount than any other aftermarket mount. Never mess with the stock mount if you intend to drive on the street.

As someone who's done the engine mount job on this car it is not for the faint of heart. They make it look easy on this vid but its a very difficult job. Yes I know about the special tool. No it doesn't really help on this particular model due to lack of space to work.

I’m thinking of manual swapping my e320 cdi transmission into manual, my transmission is too slow and manual swapping would make my diesel cdi crazy 😜. Is that billet adapter the same for the om648 and m113k since both cars used 722.6 transmission?

All the points to that customer with achieving their taste with their C63. I would not want that widebody kit, but that car NEEDS more rear rubber (I had the exact same model and color) so I'll just accept it as form over function.

This a special offset wrench set that has a 3/8" drive on one end and whatever size you need on the other. Makes that top nut super easy to undo.
Legitstreet cars did a video and said there is a tool that helps with removing the engine mount
Indeed there is. Hazet tool makes the kit. Comes in very handy for loosening top bolts on w156 engine mounts.
I wish I know about that when I did the mounts on my E. What a pain.

I just changed the mounts on my E63, I just removed the exhaust system and lifted the engine a couple of inches.

As someone who's done the engine mount job on this car it is not for the faint of heart. They make it look easy on this vid but its a very difficult job. Yes I know about the special tool. No it doesn't really help on this particular model due to lack of space to work.
