How do I remove stubborn Black Spots from a sandstone wall. I have tried spraying and brushing on sodium Hypochlorite and then powerwashing it off,but it still stained.

Also, you will only know how good it is when dry. I'm sure there is still black around the edges

Monty Miracle Patio Cleaner works on most hard external surfaces. It is designed to eliminate organic growth such as algae, black spot, moss etc. Using our patio cleaner near bushes just requires you to rinse foliage in the surrounding areas down prior to application of Monty Miracle Patio Cleaner. Just get a strong bleach . Spray it on n brush in . Don't wash . Do this for any 3 or 4 days then after jetwash or soray away with hose n brush . Voila the black/white spits will disappear

7 minutes to clean one slab, think I’ll stick with my Karcher!
It’s removing the lichen black spots the pressure washer won’t remove, you have to kill it off as it’s a living organism.
@@SUM1SLY83 A pressure washer will most definitely do the job.
@@bitTorrenter I’m no pressure washerer guy, myself, but have watched more pressure washing videos than I would like to admit and they often come across black spots that their professional washers won’t remove, so end up having to use this hypochlorite stuff. Just saying.
@@bitTorrenter - It won’t, not even if you have the scrubber attachment. Just finished ours this past weekend and that is exactly why I’m on this video, because I want to compare the various substances & see how they deal with plants that might be affected.
Pressure washer by itself is for short period won’t stop any growth in stone an will get darker quickly in autumn
how long do you leave it on for before rinsing?
10 minutes, halfway through just lightly agitate with a soft brush then leave another 5 minutes and rinse

Hi Davy - Thanks for taking the time to comment, although I'm not quite sure what you're referencing too, but I will say, this was for demo purposes only, you can do a very large area just as quick by simply applying Monty to a larger area you'd like to clean, sweep if you like (Not always necessary though) and hose off all in under ten minutes. Hi Cosh Row - We guarantee Monty will clean almost all black spots in just 10 minutes, we say 85-90% will disappear on the first application, so for the remaining ones, they cannot survive there now that the area has been treated with Monty Miracle, but they can take a week or so to fade away. We have to remember that black spots are a living infection and have not appeared overnight, every year that goes by without treatment just lets the infection breed and spread and to expect them all to be removed in ten minutes is a tall order, but they simply cannot survive and will fade, they just take a little longer that's all.

I have tried bleach, vinegar, pressure washing. You name it. Thise black spots will not come out. I went to Lowes and they showed me what to use that would cost me $80. I just walked away. Now what is this guy using?

Looks like the encrustations of it are still on the slab you have just bleached it. With what I have no idea. I would like something which would remove the encrustations too. You really need to speak when showing people what your doing..

Monty works in just ten minutes and after this time it has neutralized itself so it can't take long to work, it gets to work the minute it is applied and finds dirt and infection and deals with it there and then, the process of this cannot be slowed down.

Omg, that took 7 minutes to clean ONE slab. I could have pressure washed the entire patio in that time, and would have actually removed all the dirt. 😂
it looks good in a demo, but in reality it would take far to long on a big patio with that method cleaning each individual slab
It was a demo.. it would be very easy to just spray the whole thing and leave it to soak in.. he isn’t going to take time to do each one like in the video.. that’s crazy
