She has great musicality. I love this song and her ability to transmute emotion with her instrument shows just how great of a musician she is. Anyone can simply "Play" an instrument but it takes a true musician to become one with the instrument and bring out emotion.
Wow... 1:50-1:55 sends shivers down my spine. I just admire all the emotional facial expressions she puts into this song. I think that's why a lot of people have come to love Mairead, she connects with the audience to these deep levels in the pit of your soul...It's amazing, really, what she can do :) And is it just me, or is merely listening to the music only half the fun? I take great joy in watching Mairead's videos, there's such a difference when you listen and see her at the same time :D

She has a pixie face with a dress that goes with the theme. like I've stated in another comment (Mo Ghile Mear) she makes me think of a pixie and is very pretty. This is a beautiful song and she plays it so well it sent shivers down my spine. I don't know if anyone noticed (or if it was just me) but she keeps time with her eyes and her whole body. She either moves her eyes at times or her whole body but she keeps perfect rhythem by doing so
Mairead is beyond amazing and I enjoy her romp and stomp style of fiddle playing. It really gets the crowd into the concert and that is really needed in my opinion. On the flip side, it is nice to see her do a classical voilin piece like this because she can do both just as good. I think she should stick with fiddle stlye as her primary because she is really something rare and special.
