Amazing video! The whole renegade vs lucid debate is really tough because renegades entire team is top 10 compared to lucid who only has tripppey, but I think you did a pretty good job on the subject. I think renegade is more mechanically talented than lucid but I think lucid is better at making insane plays and being an in game leader so I guess it just depends on what matters more to be considered the 'best'. (Also I loved how you gave a shoutout to shaady, hes the funnest player to watch and his teammates are goated)
Stellur has been a standout to me. He's really taken his game to another level

Could not agree more about Lucid. The one thing keeping him from being the best of that clutch factor under pressure, which to me is one of, if not the most important trait to have as a pro.

Dude is icy in the clutch moments, his teammates are just too weak. Look at how well rounded c9 is in comparison.

I follow @ForunnerGG on twitter they post the stats every week for the Pro Series events! The LAN stats I got from EasyMac. For this list I averaged all of the pro series together & for "overall" stats I weighed all 3 of the pro series equal to Raleigh (the orange stats), thank you man

I think the EU scene is ignored massively, they have quite a few monsters over there (SLG, basically all of Acend are insane, Tchik, etc.) and I do think that an EU team will make it into top 4 before or during Worlds. There were EU teams that took games off of the #1/#2 NA teams in Halo 5, unlike ANZ or LATAM I think EU could definitely upset NA teams.
Its very hard to make a list of the top pros and put the international guys up there when you have NA winning every big event but I hope that an EU team sends a great team like Optic or Faze down to losers bracket and changes the narrative forever.
Tchik is insane I wanted to talk about him here, there's just so many players! Excited to see how EU & NA clashes again at the next world LAN

Nice video. Though I really think omitting Snakebite is pretty criminal lol. I can’t help but feel like he is the core part of sentinels and I might even say he’s more important to the team than Frosty at the moment haha. Top 5 for me.
I’m with you on Bound & Falcated both being above Snipedown though. Snipe feels very inconsistent to me.

As a french, i think EU scene and especially french players Who dominante there (SLG, Shaady, Legend, Sica...) are really underrated. I hope they show up at Anaheim.
But for the best player overall, still Renegade for me now.
Prediction : after Anaheim it's gonna be Royal 2.
Those 4 players are actually the exact 4 I've really been looking at more and more, great picks. I might do some more EU-only content soon

Nice list. Honestly I would put stellur at #2 and lucid #3 not that lucid isn’t an insane player but because the way his team is set up gives him good stats where as stellur is putting up similar numbers but in a more team oriented fashion. I’d be interested to hear your thoughts.
Given what has transpired since this video was made, I reckon Stellur gets top spot, Frosty as a very close second, and Lucid/Renegade follow. This is a judgement made by looking at overall performance. Royal 2 killed it at the last LAN, too.

I got the LAN stats from EasyMac on twitter, for online @ForeunnerGG they post the pro series stats every week so I'd check them for that! I just averaged all of the weeks on a spreadsheet for my stats

And bound is so inconsistent. He destroys when he’s on and is a huge liability free kill rush in when he’s bad 😂
But super stoked you mentioned ascend and shady. He’s the most legit on EU. Also glad you didn’t put Pistola in this top 10 for infinite due to his name. He’s played like trash

I HAD to shout out Acend in some way they are just wayyy to nasty. EU stepping up big time. & for aPG, you're right! He's a hard player to read, admittedly. His main job is to open up the map for Lucid I've noticed
@@DeviousGruntAlliance yup. Apg is just their bull in a China shop. He slides corners takes dirty battles, and throws teams off their lines. Ascend vs the lads was one of the most fun games of the HWC in my opinion. The reason I say penguin is he’s the guy that makes every play when it matters. He might be average all game, but down the stretch, he makes every play for that C9 team that secures the win. He’s the ultimate closer and has a gear at end game other players just don’t. It’s magical really

I’m not sure I take bound and falcated over snipedown personally. Plus If both fall out of the top in my personal opinion that should put snakebite at ten and trippy at 9

Top 4 is all really close bro! I can see you arguing Frosty over Lucid which is fine. This was recorded before Pro Series #4, I would now change this list after that. Plan to update these regularly let’s see what happens at Anaheim!
i think the only reason renegade seems like #1 instead of lucid is because cloud9’s team is stacked. lucid is best player imo

Nice list, but I think Bound is too high. He has insane ceiling, but I feel like he's often playing this game overly aggressive. He's playing like it's H5, but when he gets in bad position there's no thrust bailing him out.
I wonder where Shotzzy would have placed on this list if he stayed with Halo.

Man if Shotzzy had stayed in Halo and was on C9 instead of penguin, NO ONE would ever win against them. Not even a single map, let alone a series. I have seen some of his clips of just messing around on infinite and some of the stuff he does is insane, almost looked like he was playing H5 lmao

Lucid is far and beyond the better player. Renegade benefited so much from cloud 9 and their new England patriots style team. He excelled on a team where he has nothing to worry about because they're so well rounded. He absolutely stunk it up at the NA super last weekend now that he's gone from c9

Everyone is on the cusp! Especially with how on point FaZe has been recently. Everyone is settling into their roles more comfortably on the team. Snipe had that delay from the Apex switch but him & Bubu I've seen improving rapidly lately
Snipedown can shoot for sure but I think his negative energy is what is holding him back, Bubu could get better I think he just needs a bit of composure. Faze looks good tho I'm sure they can make something happen next event.
