Cascina Caradonna pretty much cried when she saw Dina the first time playing the game. Her face was mostly 95% accurate.
I remember watching her play it, it must have been such a surreal experience seeing yourself like that in a video game, especially one where you're doing crazy stuff like shooting zombies and running from trigger happy enemies
i cried when i played the game and found out the 'story'; if you want to call it that, sucks. But i cant wait for TLOU3 when one of the children of an NPC that abby killed comes after abby seeking revenge with a 9 iron! lol

Love or hate the game, You can't deny the cast's incredible performance
True. The story might be a hit or miss, but the performances, the motion captures, the brutal of the combat,… are some of the best I’ve seen in video games. Just look at AC Valhalla. That game advertised itself with its brutal combat, but it didn’t even come close to TLOU2’s brutalities in my opinion. The casts did so great, that when I got to Seattle day 1, just looking at Ellie’s face during gameplay you can feel her rage.

Because they are the voice actors and not the face models... in the first game they designed Ellie and Joel and didn’t base them on any one person, and Ellie ended up looking so much like Ellen page that she sued naughty dog for using her appearance.

they fuck up badly in ND. in the first LoU pt1, ellie has an original face ( pretty similar or inspire to Ellen page's face)
in the second Pt2; they said (ND) they broke "Ellie's growing face-patern" to make Ellie's face have more touch's and similarities to Ashley's face...
( mouth altitude, jaw line, different cheeks, eyes are wwaayy different...) somepeople say "Nah, she look like that because She grown up and shees more bad ass" or "Nah bro, they have better graphics so they redesign Ellie's face." Nah, in the flashback cutscenes, you can see LoUPt1 Ellie , and they model way different her face from Ellie in the original game.

Oh my God, I picked up this game and I have been so immersed into the the story and I must say it's one jewel of a game, it has more twists and turns than a rollercoaster, the controls are solid, the gameplay phenomenal and is so addicting. Highly recomended.
Please say you played through the first one first and didn't just jump in to the sequel??

@@davidthomas9165 oddly enough that is exactly what I did, for some reason the first game didn't caught my attention like this one did, I saw some gameplays from TLOU, but something about TLOU 2 caught my attention like no other game ever did. And boy I wasn't disappointed. Spectacular game.
@@technogeek1219 fair enough, but I'd definitely recommend playing the remastered version of TLOU on PS4 even now - it has stood the test of time, gameplay measures up with recent issues of Lara Croft and Uncharted, but the story is far more compelling and cinematic than those.
If you've played the sequel first, I'd still say that TLOU will be pretty worthwhile as you play through, as it will fill in and make other plot points of TLOU2 fit into place in a mental map of the story in quite a satisfying way.
@@davidthomas9165 I have to agree with you on that one, I went to my Local Game Stop and picked up the remastered version of TLOU, and I must say that all your points are well taken, everything you say is absolutely on point, I can't stress enough that both games are masterpieces in their own right.
TLOU2 is bad written tripe. You'd realize that if you'd played the masterpiece of a game that was TLOU. Characters are butchered, out-of-character, game is fake-deep with hypocritical and nonsensical messages and the worst ending in gaming history.

Ellie in tlou looked just like Ellen Page in the movie Juno. For tlou2 they changed the way she looked to resemble Ashley Johnson more.
When the first one originally came out, Ellen page was basically like "why'd y'all use my face? I didn't sign anything." So they had to rerelease it with changes so it didn't totally look like her.

All the characters are awesome. I really enjoyed the game. The story line made Ellie into a bloodthirsty vigilante though. I didn’t know go to root for in the end.
Ellie. We root for Ellie. The game sucked horribly though because it attempts (and fails) to make you think of Ellie as some sort of monster while trying to make you feel for and sympathize for Abby despite Abby doing the same thing Ellie does throughout this game. And yes, Abby's friends were just as guilty of Joel's death as she was so Ellie's killing them does not make her worse in any way. It's a fake-deep, barebones, idiotic and self-congratulatory game. It's a piece of shit that won't be remembered nearly as well as the first game.

@@lildoop5369 thats the whole point. Is Abby seeking revenge for her fathers death. While us players are seeking for Joels death not knowing we were the ones in the wrong. Joel killed for no reason because he felt a connection to Ellie like a father and daughter bond and didnt want to lose her which he didnt have the right to do so. Abby lost someone close to her, like blood related and it was all from a selfish act one man made while going on a killing spree not caring about the consequences. Abby, all her friends and even to Ellie, Dina, Jesse and Tommy are all guilty because they didnt have context on why abby did what she did, and too be very honest, ELLIE was way worst than Abby and her friends. Abby lost all her friends and still let Ellie and Dina walk, then Ellie just had to be out of her mind and go after her again. It just shows how revenge can make you go through some stupid choices without thinking. Abby taking care of Lev is exactly Joel taking care of Ellie in the first game and of course part1 will be remembered by many more than pt2 but ive loved both games and cant wait for pt3.
