hey! its just hub sensor failed (check the hub sensor wire connected to the controller if plugged in means that the sensor is bad to find which sensor you could buy motor tester for any type of electric bike/scooter and it'll test it costs like $10 but worth it for the future if you needed to test the controller or the motor or any other stuff in the future
My brother has the same problem and banggood doesn’t do a shit about it. My ti30 broke down after 8 days and they won’t do anything about that either so PayPal is making a refund to me and my brother. Laotie is shit tbh and Banggood aswell
