Chris, your work ethic is the reason why your equipment is so reliable. You pay attention to the little details, and it shows in the product you end up with. Doing what you have done so far by removing excess rebar is why that crusher will work so well for you. I've enjoyed every minute of this project and cant wait to see how the other area pans out for you.
That was nice of the repair guys to allow a little camera time to enhance todays video. It also goes a long way towards building overall goodwill for their brand. I know you must be ready to get on the last bit in the back of the property.
You do such an awesome job, and being willing to lend a hand is one reason folks stick around. You are a joy to watch. Thanks for sharing with us all, Chris.
@@bigpatrck2Its not the rental company fault... chris needed this crusher in a hurry and they brought it from a previous job so they never got to look over it.
Nice having repair men waiting on you for a change. Great job getting everything fixed and ready to go. Hope you get two free days of rental for all the down time. Chris enjoy yourself this weekend with family and have a very Happy Easter.
Steady as she goes makes things work oh so much better. I like your approach to handling equipment, and the most production out of it with out beating the equipment into the ground. Looked like you had some pretty good service guys working on the crusher. Thanks for the update, appreciate the ride along.
Well, it's good to see that you back up and running Chris. I sure know your glad they sent a couple good guys to get it all fixed right !! Don't remember what ya said ? 560 is what ya got after finally getting back going, not to bad I guess for what little time ya had to finish out the day there... Great as always Man !! Have a Great Evening, And, On too the Next !! as always......
When I was still working in field we use to cut that size of conveyor belt into 15-20 foot lengths to use for equipment unloading/unload on pavement etc…tougher than wood at about same weight
Great content as usual Chris , I still reckon your best purchase in the last 12 months , think it was May last year, was the "Fuel Trailer"... I reckon it has saved you a lot of time and money.
Great to see your back crushing and the two engineers did well to beat you to work in the morning and that tacks some doing because you on site sharp in the morning's let's keep are fingers crossed that you can get this job finished with no more problems.
You’ve moved through that huge pile of concrete a lot faster than I expected. I figured it would take a month or more to crush the concrete in this area.
And just think this is a small crusher compared to what we run... we crush limestone for the state roads and we have a stacker that at least 150' long and the piles are over 70' high in no time. Now granted this is clean rock from the ground and no rebar to deal with and the bigger pieces get ran threw a jaw crusher first before the hammer crusher but you get the point.
You know there is a whole lot of road material piled up there if the mud gets too bad from the rain. Not like you never built one before. Just build your own fuel run driveway if need be.
Good Morning Chris. I used to know a bunch of people from James River Equipment and they were tops in what they do. That was about 30 years ago. Everything is looking great. God Bless and Work Safely.
Glad the rental company was out there as fast as they were to get everything up and running for you again Chris. A lot of companies wouldn't be that quick. Hopefully the rest of the crushing goes smoother.
The crusher chops though its consumables at an alarming rate :-) I suppose that the pile that is there now, could be kept knocked down with the excavator to save moving the stacker.
Well Chris my dad always told me there are only two type of people in the crushing business that’s newcomers and suckers. It’s a hard job but you are getting it done. You did a great job you might make a crusher hand after all😂
O wow! I haven't been on CZcams in a long time. I run a concrete crushing plant, been following you for a long time I had no idea you were going to do this. Lol.
I do a lot of crushing, and you are more than right, i am sure. The harder you push the crusher the more trash you throw in, the less tons you will make. Whats 5 or 7 percent less an hour in a ten or twelve hour day, compared to 2hours or more downtime.
Hey Chris !! ""Congrats "" On getting back going again !! 😂🙂🙃😉😊 Think the ""RENTAL "" Co. should be pleased that you are taking ""GOOD "" care of their equipment as very $$$$$$ to replace it !! 🤔🙄👍👍👍👍👍
Is this the second new hammer for crusher for this project? I would have guessed a hammer lasts for a million tons not a a hundred thousand tons of concrete.
Ok listen….i have a whole new respect for your skill set now. I rented a mini excavator today to dig a trench for the first time….and I’m pretty sure it looked like I was having a three hour long seizure!!🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣🤣. Big respect Sir!!🇺🇸🇺🇸
The Repair successful closed. You can the Work with Crusher to continue. The Stone and Concrete Hill already little. You have a great Recycling make! and for this Idea and Work, You must become the first Price. 🏆
So how do you like the Hyundai compared to a Volvo? I know all brands have their pros and cons, but curious if you would consider another Hyundai machine in the future?
If You will not show us any footage of the main crushing components.pleease at least link to to someone who can. I really wonnder how such much force is being put into this concrete.

Kudos the the yard for getting out there and getting the machine sorted so quickly. Hopefully the worst of the down time is behind you Chris.
Chris sound happy with the support he is getting from the rental company.
You do such an awesome job, and being willing to lend a hand is one reason folks stick around. You are a joy to watch. Thanks for sharing with us all, Chris.
The rental company appears to be spot on with their customer service
Except for the part where they rented him a machine that wasn't quite set up to run efficiently.
@@bigpatrck2Its not the rental company fault... chris needed this crusher in a hurry and they brought it from a previous job so they never got to look over it.
So Charlie was there to just help set it up? That was very nice of him.
Even though you had some break down time . Look like you are making some good progress.
This has been so fun to be a part of…thanks for taking us along!
👍👍👏👏👏👍👍
Glad to see you got the unit back in action!! Time to make little stones and big piles!! On to the back!!

When renting a crusher nobody has time to be in a hurry.
You and the crusher are doing a pretty good job with the raw produuct. Good job!

@@harkbelialnot everyone…but your point was heard.
Old fire hose works well also. But I bet those belts r awesome. How much did say 15' section weigh? Looks heavy
@@davestinson5691 he said about the same weight as wood but tougher.
pretty close to chaos with that machine, takes lots of mastering from different angles, good experence

You good sir are the exception to the rule, treat others equipment as if it was you own.

You should name the crusher "Bob Marley" because it's always jamming 😂
Broke and stoned.....
Not bad! Lol
Between a rock, and a hard place!!?
Thank you and have a great day.
Great video! Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
That's great - all fixed - good tradesmen too. Let's trust that all goes smoothly and rewards are fantastic in quantity, quality and dollars.
Hello Chris, you mean don't work harder but smarter with the Crusher
Impressed with repair guys. Great job😊😊😊😊
Working great now.
You've certainly got the Killdeer upset. Noisy things.
Thanks for the video and Man you have Patines that why you got a good looking Machines .
That Killdeer is not happy with you being there.
I'm still mind blown how u could figure all that up. An give the customer a price. Always love ur videos sir. Ty for sharing your life w us
Great video thanks Chris your getting closer to being done
Kind of cool to see how those belts are installed. Who would have thought.
That is one long belt, big bucks.
I was thinking the same - can they repair it? The rip seemed at a connection point, so maybe.
You know there is a whole lot of road material piled up there if the mud gets too bad from the rain. Not like you never built one before. Just build your own fuel run driveway if need be.
Soon there will be no concrete left ,that will be a big yahoo from Chris .
Good morning from Adelaide Australia
Chris, great job on preventive maintenance !!
Great fix and repaired!
Good Morning Chris. I used to know a bunch of people from James River Equipment and they were tops in what they do. That was about 30 years ago. Everything is looking great. God Bless and Work Safely.
Professionals make it look easy. And the piles are multiplying.
BELT problems Mmm, Reminds me of those gold mining shows when rocks get jammed up and shred belts
That rain was a day late here in Eastern NC! We got it yesterday morning and it came a flood!!! I'm pretty sure it's a mud hole there!
Nice video Chris.
Nice recovery. Now you are all set for next year’s Off-road Wrecker Games with MORR 😂
Huh?
My God Chris!!! In 18:43 that brutal movement of the 220 almost get You out of your SEAT!!!
Well I waited til the end to hear if phase 2 was going to happen asap or down the road. Maybe Ill get Chris to comment!
love the video...at least the machine will have a fighting chance to finish the job now...stay safe and see you on the next one
Love your work ethic and ability to make fun of yourself Chris, especially when you mess something up, like dropping nuts & bolts down the crusher.
Nice, glad to see the crusher fixed,at least downtime was minimal for what they replaced.great video as always.just keep doing your thing 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Good morning
You could do surgical procedures in a hospital the way you operate your machine.

Great those guys got it sorted bro, touch wood it should be ready to attack the lot down the path a bit. Safe travels and happy easter. Ken.
'Drove up last night'? Damn. Something tells me Chris talked about their mamas and their grandmas....
The other up… 😂
If you rented it by hrs run you’re going to end up with it for 2 months to get the hrs.
Glad they fixed it finally, You still need to get a Discount off the invoice as mentoned by several others on the last video.
great project
Another crushing defeat! At least she's ready to eat it to the end know! Have a good one Chris, take care and God Bless!!!❤😊
That machine must be driving you nuts? To many break downs. Can you make gravel with a cone crusher?
you can crush gravel with a cone crusher
I would like to think they would owe you an extra day just for the aggravation?
What a difference a day would make, right?
Pulling out a stuck Ram truck with a Volvo. :D
Leaving that crusher better than when it arrived! 👍

Chris, has your body started to tell you things about the jolts, shocks and general beating you are subjected to in that cab?
good crushing video
It always gets figured out at the end of the job
I'm glad that belt got replaced not repaired
"it's good until it isn`t". As aways you try your best to avoid problems as they slow production and cut into profit.

Chris was wondering On the 8th of April it may go a bit darker then normal.
It's worth mentioning the crusher maintenance crew was on site before Chris! Say what?
