Just for context, the Medellin soccer/football team Atletico Nacional (Green Postobon jerseys) just won the league title in Colombia's Categoria Primera A (Colombia's Premier League). So this footage is probably from the night of June 26, 2022.

As a model scout who has discovered many top models, I must say Columbia has a lot of gorgeous women many who could be top fashion models. If I was at the festival, I would have handed out fifty or more of my business cards to the beautiful women there! Perhaps there was a Superstar model or more in that crowd of people.
