Here is theory of ‘HOW TO DO FACIAL & FACE MASSAGE’ ⬇️
Preparation: Begin by preparing a clean, quiet space for your facial. Gather your skincare products, a soft towel, and any tools you’ll use.
Cleansing: Cleanse your face using a gentle facial cleanser. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with the towel.
Exfoliation: Apply a scrub to exfoliate dead skin cells. Steam your face to open up pores, making it easier to remove impurities.
Blackhead and Whitehead Removal: Use a specialized tool to gently extract blackheads and whiteheads. Follow up with a toner to close the pores.
Massage: Apply a massage cream and perform a gentle facial massage. Use upward strokes to improve blood circulation and stimulate collagen production.
Face Pack: Apply a suitable face pack. You can use rose water pads or cucumber slices to cover your eyes during this step.
Final Cleansing: Cleanse your face again and let the client wash their face with cold water if desired.
