At 75 I've decided to give learning korean a try...for 2 reasons. One is to give my brain a challenge and the other is to add to the two languages I have learned beginning with the easiest (Spanish), and the other is German after living in Kiel Germany for one year I decided to study when I returned to college and became fluent when I lived an additional 4 years in Nürnberg, Deutschland. German is extremely difficult because of the complexity of its grammar. I'm a graphic artist and I find the Korean written language beautiful. I also Iike that you do not have to get hung up in grammar to understand the spoken word. I've been at it for about 6 weeks and have mastered the first three videos. It has taken this long because I had to find the teacher who's teaching style matched my ability to comprehend ... for some odd reason, I began to pick up the repetition advice quickly. I also found your advice that it would be easier to learn by not applying how I learned the other languages. Bable doesn't teach Korean so I'm hoping to be successful watching your videos.😊

I think korean is easy to learn for indians or hindi or urdu speakers where the kh and dhh sounds have a letter (in hindi script)
Also the trick she said of adding a vowel is also taught in hindi..we are actually taught to learn each consonant with different bowels...it is called barakhadi. Eg. Ka- ka kaa ki kee ku koo ke kei ko kou kam (or kan nasal)
