SAMPUNG LIBONG PAG-ASA | Lorna Javierto, Anjenette San Juan, Joseph Lagui

Initiated by Alan Peter Cayetano and his allies in Congress, Sampung Libong Pag-Asa was launched amid their push for the "10K Ayuda Bill" in the House of Representatives. This bill aims to provide each Filipino family with a one-time cash assistance of P10,000 or P1,500 per family member, whichever is higher, which they can use to buy food, pay for water and electricity, or start a small business.
Among the beneficiaries are vendors Lorna Javierto (Malolos), Anjenette San Juan (Mandaluyong), and Joseph Lagui (Cavite). The cash amount not only provides a means to alleviate their day-to-day struggles, but by investing funds wisely on a small business, it also represents hope for a better life.
