What is the most you paid for a cable and how long was it? Oh and what was it made of? What is the most you could fathom spending on one run of cable? And after considering all that. Did your more expensive run make a difference compared to a cheaper run of the same length? Let us know in the comments what your thoughts are on cables! Thanks for watching!

$8k , umm i think there's spare straitjacket for whoever spends that amount
There's cables for HT and cables for two channels. However, the fact that the former has to go with considerably longer lengths makes choosing the type of conductor inconsequential to choosing the type of protection. Sound characteristics are likely to be masked by the interference! When dealing with cables that have extended length, shielding should take priority.
Just my own personal observations, of course.
Snake oil. I'm quite happy with my amazon basics. They do the job quite well.

Skip the food eating.
It's obnoxious.
To paraphrase the words of the wise Willy Wonka, ' I know something else that's obnoxious. '
