I don't defend what he did but I understand his reasons. His people was being slaughter he wanted to save the Grishas, sadly he became everything he hated. Epic scene and a very tragic history.
I swear whenever I see him I try not to see caspian, but I remember how much I loved the movie (narnia in general) so he will forever have a bit of caspian to me 😍❤ He is damn handsome and such a lovely man heheheh
This backstory makes Darkling a more empathetic, complex character. I hate him for what he did to Genya & David, killing the stag and barbarically controlling Alina’s powers, but I understand his actions over here.
Is your character immortal? Is he considered handsome? Can he wield the shadows? Did he lose his shit after his love interest died by someone else and made a big ass shadow realm that turned all the people there into monsters? Does he have high control of a kingdom? Is he highly manipulative? Does he have a female nemisis who can wield light and a has a partner who went trough hell to save her? Does he have a personal Tailor who looks like she has intentions of betrayal? Then your character isnt The Darkling its Viego from League of Legends.
If the main story is supposed to be like 1800s, is this supposed to be something like 1700s? cause the train rails where the crows crossed were already there before the fold, they seem to have industrialization on steroids (I know is fantasy world I just want to know)
I'm pretty sure the fold is supposed to be ~1000 years old. Since it's fantasy, I'm going to say they've been stuck in 1800s- level industry the whole time.
The Fold is created through using Merzost...it's dangerous and taxing to use (the closest thing to it that I could think of is Voldemort splitting his soul to make a horcrux). The Fold is also a tear in reality or something like that...creating a second one is not a good idea.

Raven Titans tv series vs darkling shadow and bone.
Either you die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain
Batman the dark night quote there lol
In this moment, Aleksender died and the Darkling was born
Ben’s acting in this scene is top tier
Also in every scene
Man. Prince Caspian really has hit a low.

The Punisher and West World treated him well. Lookin like a worthy genre go to heel.
Why do they always threaten the mother? Never threaten a boy’s mamma. You’re just asking for trouble at that point.
Yeas!! The way he stops walking at 0:30 when he says “your mother”
And that's what we call a pro gamer move.

Aleksander creating the Fold and Wanda creating Westview in WandaVision are so similar! 😱

It's disturbing seeing those men turn into volcra
The creation felt like what I pictured when I read the book

Boss move.
Now imagine you should see me in a crown by Billie playing in the background 😳 somebody make this edit.
And the ruined castle of Póstelek became known worldwide.
Instantly reminded me of a certain Guile drafting black luxin in Lightbringer. Very good show, Netflix. Now do Mistborn and Lightbringer.
Mistborn PLEASE!!!!!
Consider: Stormlight Archive.
Best part of the entire show!
I like this scene from Narnia, prince caspian is OP
Why does this remind me so much of wandavision
LITERALLY. It's like Wanda creating the Hex, and the scene where Kirigan expands the Fold is like Wanda expanding the Hex lmao
This show is 100 times better than the overrated MCU crap Wandavision
@@ProtagonisTeneT oh shush they're both good and there's no reason to shit on something many people enjoy/worked hard on like that
@@ProtagonisTeneT lets not attack wandavision🤚🏼
@@auroralucalia3023 Why? It sucked. Typical MCU shows. Same plot. Same bullshit. Yawn
Dorian gray canon
Wait is this that building they passed while going into the fold because in the last episode you can see the front of the building and the gargoyles
Yes
They lost a great possibility to show us some "random" grisha
1:26-1:46-1:48-1:50 DARKLING CREATING THE FOLD
Epic
What does the general say after "I know how your small science works?"
"Ur hands must touch first"
@@islambotlan1054 thank you

Didn't they say the fold was created hundred of years ago

Imagine the fold came out of his behind 😮
He looks more like caspian
“The fold ate your parents.”
Ja dat wel po de rest op het
♥♥♥♥👑 Baby
If the Shadow and Bone trilogy was more like Game of Thrones, The Darkling would not be the "villain"
Could he not do this again - instead of being afraid of someone destroying the fold?

Bad acting, hilarious fr
That scene is why I hate the darkling
that's why I love the darkling
That's why i simp for the darkling
It’s the opposite for me.
This is why I think he is a tragic figure
Why? (I genuinely wanna know)
