She radiates "smol child, must protecc" energy based on almost everyone in holo's reaction to her, save for others in a similar spot (La+, Kanade), and they just see her as someone to tease 😅
Kobo really acts like a child irl, making people who see her want to pamper her.
But according to Ollie, Kobo can sometimes act mature when she is with people her age.

Ayame, Aqua, Laplus, Kobo and Beejoe need to make a new unit called holo daughter
How does Laplus fit in this? She doesn't have a mother figure in Hololive plus she doesn't get pampered at all. Ayame and Aqua I can understand, but Laplus I really don't see her fitting in this group as Lui is only her caretaker not her mother.
