- Al Qasam published second video of two Israeli captives within a week. Two hostages are identified as 64-year-old Keith Siegel & 47-year-old Omri Miran
Both speak individually in front of an empty background blaming Netanyahu. Miran was an Israeli-American taken captive in front of his wife & 2 daughters on October 7. In the undated video, hostages appeal people to “keep protesting for a deal”.

That depends if you understand Arabic or not, which I do. I'm not fluent but I understood the context of the video and what message is being sent by both older captives.
First off, you don't know Arabic obviously, but what about Hebrew? Can you translate it?
If not, shall we look at the painfully obvious? So, to translate, the basic message is that both hostages just want to be released. They don't care how it's done, just find a deal and get on with life. They have been there too long, in Gaza that is. They can feel the intense bombing and they want the Israeli protests to continue to pressure Netanyahu to compromise for a hostage deal. That is the gist of what I comprehend.
More significantly, what body language do you see that suggests sleep deprivation, torture, or any other tactic that can be used to coerce or illicit a video with language such as this?
I'm afraid your question doesn't make sense. You haven't realized that they are only in captivity and all the hostages would be dead if Hamas' intention was to kill as many Jews as possible. They would have made good on their promise and killed the hostages as they said they would much earlier on.
You really see the only reason for hostages is to have leverage over Israel? If that were true, there would not have been 1,500 or so Hamas members that remained in Israel to battle the IDF after 10/7 occurred and the IDF began its response to the event. Those 1,500 members would not have confronted Israeli armed police and soldiers, or to be in harm's way - they would have used human shields and returned to Gaza just like Israel is so fond of saying now - Hamas uses human shields over and over again.
We know that Israeli friendly fire is what resulted in most of the deaths on 10/7 and shortly thereafter. What you don't know is that there is proof that the 1,500 Hamas or so that remained in Israel to fight the IDF also had hostages, and these people were killed by Israeli helicopters at the music festival and in homes and places across Israeli settlements while the IDF battled Hamas with tanks, artillery, machine guns, and snipers. In other words, indiscriminate Israel fire killed most of the Israelis on 10/7, not Hamas. And so-called fact after fact that Israel said was true, one after another was a lie. Israel's own media are the ones who shed light on the lies.
It took days for Israel to clear out Hamas from that area of Israel (illegal settlements did exist there on 10/7 - which were attacked on 10/7).
You speak of who will buy this video as authentic. You don't know your facts prior to this video. What of the three Israeli hostages using white flags that were brutally and deliberately murdered by Israeli soldiers more recently? There is no excuse for that. Why were they shot? They were out of captivity, speaking Hebrew and had white flags. Give me a break.
The Israeli army is ill-prepared to act professionally or even humanely. That is obvious. Professional soldiers do not target anything that moves at the risk of not dying. A professional solider knows how to control emotion in such a way to behave rationally and fires at largely legitimate targets. But no, the air campaign by Israel must bomb everyone, including where hostages might be held. Until Israel can definitively say they didn't kill any of their hostages in Gaza by airstrikes, their word means squat, just as Hamas' word does not mean squat. But it's not Hamas denying claims left and right, it's Israel that's the one in constant denial of claims. A case of mistaken identities, that 7 aid workers died in Gaza via 3 separate aerial attacks? I don't need to say much more.
