2 Cup Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1/2 Red Chilli Flex
1/4 Cup Ghee
for Masala -
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Raai
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2 green chillies
1 inch Ginger
1/2 Cup frozen peas
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
4 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
3/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder
salt to taste
