This completely breaks the grindy travelog paradigm that climbing videos usually lull me to boredom with, I love it, and the gossipy tone about the shortcomings of the best in the world is great, makes me feel like part of the crew, and like you WANT to be part of the crew.
I am simple dude. I see Honnold and Siegrist (or any famous climber for that matter), I hit like button.
Brilliant film! Always love the humorous banter. Gives it more of real and personal feel. It's refreshing seeing a filmmaker marrying the visuals to the soundtrack with clever cuts and ramps. Well done!
Beautiful mini-documentary. The story is well told and edited. Excellent visuals. It's enlightening to see how Alex and Jonathan work so well together to get Alex where he needs to be.

I have been training consistently since I was 50 and at 53 really starting to get it cycling ,running ,swimming,etc I actually love it ,I am not super fast ,but I keep getting injuries when running ,I want to run a marathon when I am 60 under 4 hours czn I do a lot of training cycling and swimming

I watched The Dawn WAll and Free Solo and I am scared and that's okay.
Alex is a beast and im happy for him achieving his goal and making history but God i hope he never free solos again and just lives and enjoys his achievements instead.

Alex seems like a totally different person when he is free soloing. He looks like he's going to sleep at any moment during a lead climb.
I would love to give this a try been doing alot of upper body workout for years and now ive started actually doing handstand pushups so lookin for the next level of progression which is this
