Starting from the archdragon peak second bonefire after the Ancient Wyvern Boss, simply follow the path shown in the video, turn the lever, defeat the Nameless King boss and pick up the armor.

I tried this boss yesterday a few times, didn't beat him, but I must say he is possible, only still annoyingly hard

i mean, he is an easy boss. beat him on my third try. pontiff sulyvahn was harder for me lol

Managed to beat champion stunlock, And went on to beat the rest of the game. Lothric and Lorian was fun as fuck, and soulf of cinder was downright frustrating yet epic at the same time. As for the NK, I just said 'Fuck the nameless, I'm done with his shit' So now I'm NG+ just into the Catacombs of Carthus... Though I've been busy with finding myself a job so I haven't played much in the past few weeks.

I think From knows that the plume pretty much made the armor as cool as it was on Ornstein, and their way of trolling us is by not putting it on the armor that we can wear. Because they're just evil like that.

@@CITYZEN50depends on your equipment. i upgraded the exile great sword to like +10 with heavy imbued and I beat him in 4 tries

To all of you guys who are complaining about beating the Nameless King. While you are justified, you have to remember, no ds3 boss is meant to be easy(except for Wolnir) and Nameless king is just the top of the mountain. He's meant to be hard, making the treasure so much more worth it.
Nameless king was both a bs and fun fight, truly felt like fighting an unstoppable force and an immovable object both at the same time

Its kinda odd that this is the second darksouls game to have the dragon slayer armor.. how come still it doesnt have the red plummel for its helm. artorias's helm has one, possible lore implications??

I beat the nameless king on my third try. It's all about dodging and hitting the dragons head. After that phase, get a good dmg weapon like my 700 dmg Lorian great sword and punish his attacks. If all else fails, get a summon and let the summon be a distraction while you do charged attacks.
I know I'm 5 years later but I have to

* Recommends a summon like that isn't almost everyone's last ditch effort strategy

He's using the lothric knight set, you can get it from killing lothric knights at the high wall of lothric really easily

Just beat nameless king on ez. For that just get a bow, like pharis bow upgrade it to 7 or 10 and just shoot.
In phase 1 lock onto dragon and shot 2 then get some distance wait for a pause in attacks and repeat. Phase 2
Just run away Realy far and just aim and shoot. And he is dead. Just stack up on arrows and watch for his long distance attacks and don't get to close or he'll jump you.

Some people in the comment saying they beat the nameless king on the first try or that it the easiest boss in the game are damn liar, it one of the hardest boss in the game and every one die to it atleast once.
you can always tell when it's someone's first time in the souls series... they attack every chest to see if it's a mimic...
I've played every Souls game and I still do it. It's just fun to get surprised when it is a mimic.
