They predicted the budgetary cuts of Classical Who, the Crash of 2008, the Cyberwoman, other foolish Cyberman expies, Ninth Doctor, Tenth Doctor and Fiftheen Doctor all simultaneously.
The show was in real danger of being taken off the air in 1985. For a real “treat” look up “Dr. in distress” a, “we are the world”-style song that was made to raise raise awareness of the show’s impending cancellation. It’s so hilariously bad that even its creator has expressed regret over it.
