Put an McCruise on the CTX 1300 even the NC700x. They wrok just like an integrated OEM cruise.
Idaho...my state! I used to live there in the Idaho side of the Teton valley.
I am amazed Honda did not put a cruise control on the CTX1300 having made it a tourer with panniers. I really like the bike but the lack puts me off buying one.
Did you have highway pegs of your 2014 Honda CTX 1300?

I get about 35mpg on my bike.
I’m asking way early in the video, but I’m curious what kind of mileage you got with the CTX 1300 at freeway speeds?

If you had to buy one motorcycle, which one would you pick? I am planning my first cross country trip and trying to decide between a ctx1300, ctx700 and nc700.
If you can afford the 1300 go that way. If not, get the ctx700. It’s more touring style ergos should be better for a long trip
Had to sell my CTX700N while buying my home about to buy the CTX1300 this weekend since purchasing my home.
