  • Today we will be exploring the beautiful city of Përmet, Albania. This off-the-beaten-path location in Albania is full of natural beauty and a truly unique main attraction. We will also be heading out of the city to Benja (Bënjë) Thermal Baths to enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the thermal pools, before heading back to Përmet to try some delicious Albanian food. This is definitely one of the best places to visit in Albania.

I love that you guys have actually been pronouncing every name of city / town 100% correctly so far. Haven't sabotaged anything like other tourists ahah. will be watching your whole albania journey vids.
Also, the locals do believe the thermal baths have healing properties bc my aunts always go there whenever they feel unwell for prolonged periods lolol.

That is such a relief that we have been pronouncing them correctly 😅 We always try to be as respectful as possible.
It is so fascinating that people believe it. Has it seemed to help her?

Albanians are definitely so friendly and welcoming! You should definitely visit Permet, as it is so beautiful. Where abouts in Albania have you been?

Wow is all I can say , Albania is insane as in such natural beauty. One day the world will discover it and probably take away its charm and magic . We will hopefully travel all over Albania once we’ve done our first trip in September. Thanks again a wonderful video shown beautifully 👍

It is definitely a hidden gem! We can see it becoming very popular very soon. Hopefully you get to visit before that happens

Foreigners are addicted to Hoxhe's bunkers, but they don't see how rich Albania is in history.
    For example:
God Zeus punished Promethe for his broken promise by chaining him to that big stone in Permet city. The name Permet is understood as; prem e the, broken word or broken promise because Promethe promised to protect the good people who lived on the mountain of Tomorri, the mountain of the good people near Berat whose country was destroyed by the enemy.

Thank you for sharing this. We definitely agree that Albania has a fascinating history, we loved visiting Permet and Berat. But we were unsure about some of its history
