Agree and anytime you got matt abts on the drums, alan woody, rest in peace, and chuck leavell on the piano, yeah, like this version best, deepest end would be my second
Been listening to this almost 20 yrs and it never gets old. Not a fan of Derek except young Derek (02 and earlier) and he smokes here. Woody, Chuck, Warren and Matt are brilliant as always but I’ve heard dozens of 32-20’s and none just smoke like this one.
I was at this show.....when they dropped into War Pigs at midnight, making it 1999, that place almost exploded.
Awesome! I've seen them 5 x's and have yet to catch this song live. I keep hoping though!
I was only 5 yrs old in 99. Seen Mule 4x and I don't plan on stopping
This is the best song on CZcams
Perfekt besser geht nicht ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
good as it gets!
First cover song my old band learned. We almost named ourselves 32-20. Great old tune !!!
BTW it's a ROBERT JOHNSON cover, in case you don't know yr blues history, son.
Agree entirely

Have you been to SEE Trucks lately? He kills it. I saw him last summer; he's playing better than EVER.
@Captain MufDyven lol you're a hero IMO. Hopefully your buddies absorbed some culture from this. 😁
Not a fan of Trucks! Why are you on our planet?
@Captain MufDyven was your first mule on cassette? Mine was! Same deal. People looked at me crazy. Before long they were all riding the mule train
cant find the lyrics on line! Somebody hep me!
Jim Cavanagh listen to the Clapton studio version. He gets it right. Govt Mule apparently rewrote it a bit and the Stones totally dicked it up.
it's a cover of a VERY old Robert Johnson tune.
