- How to make Hot Italian Sub Sliders. If you are a big fan of a delicious Hot Italian Sub Sandwich well these miniature Italian Sub Sliders are a great substitution. One of my favorite sub sandwiches is an Italian Sub. Although I prefer mine cold rather than hot either way it's still delicious. The way the ham, salami, and pepperoni blend together along with that vinegar dressing, my goodness makes this sub sanwich recipe absolutely amazing. Enjoy!
