TouchDesigner 2023 Tutorial 3 Altering Video with Effects TOPs mp4

This tutorial carries on from the previous tutorial and shows how to composite different TOPs together, alter colors, and use effects like the Edge TOP to apply effects.

Hey! I have a question, if I'd wanted to export a video with the effects that I added in touchdesigner but i wanted the effects at some specific point in the video not in the entire length of the video, how could I do it? Is it possible? or is it going to loop it the entire time? Thank you!!

Been on a break so sorry for late response. You could use a switch or cross TOP and have one source be the original video and the second be the altered video. Then you could set up a trigger to occur when the timeline reaches a certain point or when the original video gets to a certain point (or have a button that you could manually press when you want the effect to turn on)
