Sew Little Time - Vlogmas 2023 Days 3 & 4 - The one where I can't say Macramé

Hello and welcome to my channel Sew Little Time where I share all of my sewing makes, charity shop upcycles, knitting, crochet and craft projects. I also include a little of my daily life.
I am vlogging throughout December for Vlogmas 2023. However, I will only be uploading content when I have something to share. I hope you enjoy following along with my lead up to Christmas.
Cake Ingredients:
8oz Self Raising Flour
8oz Caster Sugar
8oz Baking Margarine
4 Large Eggs
2oz Cocoa Powder
Combine and mix all ingredients. Line 2 x 20cm cake tins and bake at 140C in a fan oven.
Butter Icing Ingredients:
100g Baking Margarine
200g Icing Sugar
50g Cocoa Powder
Combine and mix thoroughly. Spread onto cake.

lol 😂 Sally, it was so funny, within days of each other as well, I think they were playing a wrestling game in the living room, always ends in catastrophe! I’ve never tried Macramé before so actually it’s been something fun to try out. I’ll share the gonk once finished xx
I loved macrame' when I was a new bride in the 1970's. I love that it is coming back. Your hair looks great to me. Love your Vlogmas. I especially love your videos that include your boys, your walks, activities, etc. It would be interesting to know ( or see) more about your sewing social. Happy Christmas.
Thanks Sherrel, I don’t know why I struggled so much to say that word lol…my first experience with it though and I’ve enjoyed it so far. I’ll be sharing as much as possible with the boys and our outings and activities. Will definitely be sharing my sewing social this week too, plus our meal out next week xx
What a brilliant video. You are so natural in front of the camera. Isn't it funny how there are certain words that you cannot seem to pronounce - my daughter cannot say 'millenium'. The macrame gonk is very intriguing, and I look forward to seeing how you get on with that. I love both pairs of snowman earrings. It is nice to include something fun when you are preparing for Christmas. The chocolate cake looked yummy - I could have reached into the laptop and stolen a piece.
Can you believe nobody has had a slice of the cake yet! I’m sure they’ll spot it tonight though. Yeah some words are just too difficult lol. And thank you, it’s taken a few years to feel at ease in front of the camera, you just get used to it eventually 😀 xx
Great vlog, love both sets of earrings, especially the ones that flash. I also received Andrea’s pink door advent calendar. I’m not good at these kits either so my gonk will go as an extra present to my granddaughter - along with another kit which is a rabbit.😊
Thanks Ali, I’ve managed to finish the gonk. I’ll have to share him on a future Vlogmas! He wasn’t as bad as I thought lol. I wore my flashing earrings to the Christmas party for the cubs lol xx
