You need eye protection and respiratory protection. Carbon fiber and fiberglass dust can cause a lifetime of regret.

Looks good! Where did you get that (carbon fiber?) board? FYI I destroyed my lungs sanding fiberglass (on a boat) without a dustmask, now I have something called reacitve airway disease. Please don't follow in my footsteps.

What thickness is the carbon fiber sheet? What did you use to mount the tips to the ribs, as well as thickness?

Think .040 or .060 dont remember but it came from Jeggs or ebay.
