INSTRUCTIONS AVAILABLE here at rebrickable
Would you prefer Minas Tirith or Hobbiton in 2025? One of them is coming...
MORE CLARITY: Big icons set is coming, smaller sets are coming. Small sets may just be brickheadz but RUMOURS suggest there is something else.
Could we see an orc battlepack?
Amon Hen + departure of Boromir instructions coming soon - let me know if you are interested.
Shoutout to Jonas Kramm who has been a big inspiration in my moc building, along with Kyle Jannin of Jannin bricks, and Noah over at H2brick

we need instructions asap!
I prefer smaller sets, like your diorama.
when will instructions be available?
Time has come to go broke lol
Im super excited for the smaller sets! Out of the two options you listed, I think I would prefer a Minas Tirith, but its a tough choice
I like lego Lord of the Rings so much. I hope Lego make more of them.
Yes! And at a decent price PLEASE! Battle-pack idea is so good
Your Amon Hen moc is insanely detailed. Love that you researched the scenes to make it so accurate. Well done on capturing a pivotal scene so beautifully 🤌🏻
@@acee005 Sounds like you get the details! Sleepless night contributed to them, as it’s such an iconic moment. Thank you very much my friend 🧱 🧙♂️
Rip my wallet, if lego keeps on releasing these kinds of sets
I hope Lego goes back to small- medium size and priced sets when they remake some of the old sets.
YES!!! I don't want to pay $500 dollars for one!
I really hope they don’t, actually I hope they go even bigger
People complain about $500 sets but buy 3 smaller sets worth $500 in total. And price per piece is better with the bigger sets.
@@josephlupia590that’s just not true
Bro, they need to finally bring back the play sets. Don’t know why they won’t do it, even though these would sell tremendously well. :(
i hope that minas thirith set contains at least a few soldiers of the city - there havent been any of this type so far
not entirely sure whether I would prefer Hobbiton or Minas Tirith... I think I'm going to have to buy both!
Honestly if lego were to just rerelease all hobbit and lotr sets they could make a ton of money from people who never got the original ones before
I would buy so many helms deep extensions to get an army of Rohan and I can finally get the full company of Thorin oaken shield
@@Snowtrooperstuds I don’t think legos understands how much money they could make by doing it
Can't wait for the sets to finally release :D
I am really hyped of the new leaks and thanks for the updates.
me too, glad to hear!
Great content, so excited for the future of LEGO LOTR. Also saw your Amon Hen MOC on Pinterest the other day; superb work!
So excited for my favorite theme to continue! Anyone else hoping for some smaller battle packs?
As a person who waited years just to be able to get a Lego lord set. This is amazing, thank you.
A boromir set would be amazing he’s definitely one of my favorite characters
here me out. What would be amazing is if we got a $600 - $700 Minas Tirith. But in that year we get two smaller sets to go along side it. Like how in star wars Jabbas Sale Barge goes along with the $80 dollar desert skiff. I think a $100 Oliphant, $40 Witch King proper Fell Beast v Éowyn, and a $20 army battle pack. These would all go with the giant Minas Tirith meaning fans willing to buy them all will have a spectacular battle. And more casual fans not willing to spend $500 can get there hands on good quality sets that haven't been made before.
Can’t wait to find out what comes out next year!
Some of these are soooo dope! My partner got me the Rivendell set for my birthday and now I can’t wait for more Lego ❤
I hope you are right about the Orc battle pack! Specifically a Mordor battle pack, I’m going broke trying to build an Orc Army for Barad-dûr.
Love the vid
I really hope it’s Minas tirith that comes with armoured trolls. The Amon hen moc looks awesome and combines the scenes seamlessly, great work.
Minas Tirith would be absolutely insane. Even if we didn’t get this, I’d settle for some smaller sets featuring Osgiliath and anything Gondorian - I’m an absolute sucker for it all 🤣
Great video and a great build!
Also really like your backdrop 👍
That diorama looks real nice, but I've never really been a fan of them, they look to clean and self contained without giving the impression of there being more outside the black border.
@@ducovanderwoude6971 hey that’s fair enough dude, it was always a risk using a diorama. But it makes it affordable and I felt like mine does hint at there being forest all around!
That Amon Hen MOC is incredible!
I’m really hoping they do Minas Tirith as the next big set, if only for the fact that Gondor has been getting the shaft since the beginning. Give Gondor a chance to show its quality!
I love the fact they Lego actually listened to fans for once
I subscribed! I would personally rather have a Hobbiton set but I would be happy with either! Very cool MOC, would definitely buy it if it were made into a set. Great video, keep it up!
Cant wait to see future lotr sets!
Play scale lord of the rings would capture so much of the manic the original play scale sets did. I really hope they bring them back.
A Cool “Battle Pack” could be Based on the Scouring of the Shire! Would never happen but would be so cool if Lego even did a Hobbit “Party Pack” to go with a Hobbiton set
Lord of the rings is my favorite theme, but so far i havent been able to snag any of the new ones, not even the gwp. We need smaller sets!!
Really excited for the new sets!!🎉
Great MOC btw…
That MOC of Amon Hen and The Death of Boromir is awesome!
I loved the diorama idea, and I can't wait for more of the LEGO icons Lord of the rings sets!
Hi! Thank you for the content! Hope for the best.
I hope so much that they are gonna release some smaller sets otherwise I will be broke. Also great video as usual!
Can’t wait for some of these smaller sets!
As much as I want and love the idea of Minas Tirith in a massive UCS type scale, I would rather get a few more play-scale/smaller sets first. I also agree that a few battle pack/regular sized sets, it will spike the desire and get people on the edge about Minas Tirith more likely to pull the trigger.
Would love a play set minis tiring, maybe the gate break
I agree with you on Minas Tirith over Hobbiton for 2025 as LEGO seems to be using the Icon sets as a way to give fans locations that they haven't done/haven't done in detail before and we already have a Hobbiton set. I also hope you are right about the cheaper sets coming soon since I'm a broke student and can't afford the $400+ sets that they are coming with out now. Love the MOC and thank you for keeping us updated on LEGO LOTR.
Let's hope we get some small battle packs. 🎉 A fell beast would look great on my shelf too so fingers crossed mate
That Amon Hen MOC looks superb! The set I'd be most looking forward to would be one with the Witch-King of Angmar on his armored fell beast!
Lego needs to make more lord of the rings sets
Lord of the Rings has so much potential. It would be interesting to see how much Lego are prepared to commit to this theme, considering the interest and desire of Lego and LOTR fans.
Truly incredible attention to detail on a scene that could have been so easy to keep adding more and more complexity. Awesome design!
I love to see Lego lord of the rings the Amon Hen but it will be very expensive and Minas Tirith, by the way I hope to make the city of osgiliath.
A middle earth architecture line would be REALLY Awesome!
Looking forward to them bringing lotr affordable sets back. Probably will never get a smaller bara-dur but would love it
I’m glad Lego lotr is making a comeback. It’s my favorite Lego IP! I hope I’ll be around long enough to see all the sets that come out next year🤞
I hope that in addition to the huge sets that are coming out now, there will also be smaller ones like you say, that would be great
Nice video. Hopefully we get it all. Thanks!
I saw your MOC on Rebrickable!! It's really good!
Neat! The small sets with high quality styles will be lovely
I have subscribed, great Lego stuff here. Just got into Lego this year and the collection is growing quickly.
Farewell, Prince of Gondor.
What a fitting farewell.
I love that Lego is coming up with new Lord of the Rings sets. Great Video 🎉
Beautiful custom design of Amon Hen. Would love to see that set get made, and I appreciate your detailed explanation how you designed it. My personal wish would be Minis Tirith and seperately, a couple less expensive hobbit sets with iconic hobbits like Fatty Bulger and the Sackvilles Baggines
Personally I would love to see LEGO release a new Bag End (as great as the old one was, the new pieces available to designers now would make such a difference), alongside a number of other Hobbiton based sets that could be modular and connect togther to make Hobbiton, rather than a UCS Hobbiton set.
I really wanna see the troll scene in the hobbit, with 3 trolls around a giant pot cooking. With all of the mini figs to go with it!
I really appreciate your design of Amon Hen. You have done a great job given the small piece count. I would also like to see the Uruk Hai in this new color scheme come into production. Overall, much love for this theme and truly hope Lego will bring it back to life also with a lot of smaller sets that enable all fans to enjoy and relive the movies again. I especially hope to see new minifigures that have not appeared before in these new sets.
Yes more Lego Lord Of The Rings sets 😊
So excited about this Lego LoTR revival 😊
With all the new projects being made in terms of middle earth adaptations, this is an amazing time to make some awesome sets like they’ve done already. Great video, can wait to see what’s next!!! 👍❤
LOTR has got to be one of my favourite lego themes. I really hope they'll make sets that will be more affordable.
Thanks for the information about the new sets
Hope we get many new smaller sets in the future! Amazing video🔥
I have heard about Lego Studio but I never used it. I think I will now so I can build a MOC Jedi Council Chamber. Thank you for providing this information.
now this, this is something ive been looking foward too, minas Tirith will be the best lego set of all times
Love your Amon Hen moc! It is gorgeous! Hope to see it or a variant of it next year in the LEGO stores
I’d love the idea of dioramas, would be a nice middle ground between play and display
How lucky that my first video is the one to enter to win the fell beast gwp?! I was so upset when my local store sold out so fast...
Controversial opinion: If it really comes down to Hobbiton or Mina's Tirith...I'm voting Hobbiton. My reasoning is simple. While Mina's Tirith has never been made before by Lego, it's simply just unrealistic. Frankly, it's just too big. Yeah, it's an integral location that should be represented in Lego somehow, but how? People forget that Mina's Tirith isn't a castle. Mina's Tirith is an entire city. You'd have to sacrifice so much accuracy in order to put out even a $500 set. Justifying it gets complicated. You probably could, say, do the outer most wall and gatehouse for $500, but would that really satisfy people? You could do micro-scale, but then you screw over the minifig people. Being that this is ripe with minifig potential too, roles we've never seen done in Lego like Gondorian soldiers, Faramir, Haradrim, Denethor, armored Witchking of Angmar, armored Eowyn, armored Merry and Pippin, etc., I don't see that going over well. The only realistic option I can think of to get a somewhat accurate (it's never going to be truly accurate for under hundreds of thousands of dollars, so what I mean is relative accuracy) Mina's Tirith is to do sections as separate sets. You could do the lower level with the outer most wall, the gate and gatehouse, some interior homes, and the courtyard. You can release catapult, siege tower, Oliphaunt, Fell Beasts (new one - not a GWP), and Grond separately, all with Orc figs to army build. You could also release a Trebuchet set separately as an addition for the wall with Gondorian swordsman, archers, and Citadel guard. Next you could do the middle section with 5 layers, like a cake filled with homes (specifically Pippin and Gandalf housing), Trebuchets, and gates. Then lastly, the top section to sit on top of it all, with the White Tree, a beacon, the tower, and Denethors hall with interior throne room. My point is, that's the only way to do it semi-accurately...and even that's unrealistic. A $500 Bag End/Hobbiton upgrade is the better option, IMO.
The White Tree of Gondor needs to be a buildable set on its own. Include Denethore!
There's also the Middle-earth map in the Rivendell set that has a few locations on it, three of which have become Lego sets. These are Rivendell, Barad-dur, and Orthanc.
The other two are Minas Tirith and Hobbiton, so I think both of those are probably coming eventually.
Let’s hope battle packs are not only a rumor we really need them
3:39 I would have followed you my brother. My captain. My king.
The amon hen moc looks so cool! Cant wait for more sets to be released
Your Moc is great man, I need that to be an official set 🤣🔥
"I would have followed you, my brother... my captain... my king."
@@trhov be at peace, son of Gondor 💔👑
I don’t mind the bigger sets. What I really hope they release is some smaller battle packs like the Star Wars ones or the 30 to 50 dollar sets.
Great content as always JB!! Hobbiton would be the most incredible large build. That's the way I'm leaning.
I'm excited for the MOC, it makes me want to mess around with new gray/old gray part combos.
Amazing diorama mate! can't wait to see what lego will bring to us in the future🔥
thanks mate, lets hope lego gets it right!
Great video keep them coming please!
Wow, that MOC build looks amazing. Boromir’s final stand has always been one of my favorite scenes. And that scene is only one reason why Boromir is one of my favorite characters. And there is no better quote to go with that diorama then the one you picked. Wonderful job mate.
I'd love to see these little dioramas like Star Wars or the new Jaws Set have it!
A few years ago I was really sad, because I was too small to buy lord of the rings sets on my own. But now, I am happy as f*ck, because i will be able to buy my dream minas tirith set if it will be realesed. I cant wait it!
Would Like to see a set similar to Rivendell for Minas Tirith. Maybe just the white tree/throne room/beacon of Gondor display. Rather than trying to capture the whole thing and keep it under 10,000 pieces
i reckon a big map with all the locations built on it would be so cool for a new set
nobody does lotr like jedi bricks - its ironic really
That moc looks great! I think Hobbiton would edge it for me slightly, but I'm still saving for Barad-dûr 😂
I have been subbed to your Chanel fore some time! Missed out on the fell beast set with Barad Dur. Looking forward to Minas Tirith! Are your LOTR MOCs avail OL?
@@Magnificent7Seven thanks man! Yes they are on rebrickable. Link in my pinned comment!
I hope they make lord of the rings into its own theme. I think that would really open up a lot of possibilities for smaller sets
Great job on the MOC! Can’t wait for a full return of the LOTR theme. I’m here for it!
So excited for all these sets!!!!
Makes me excited and sad since I'm currently tight financially due to a job layoff. Don't think I can financially recover and get all of these big sets before they are discontinued unless a dream replacement job falls into my lap real fast. Thanks for sharing your moc. Looks great.
@@Chronocast I’m also not able to buy all the sets I’d like these days. Definitely need a year before I could do another big lotr purchase 😂 and thank you man. I don’t have a huge physical parts collection, so using studio lets me build anything I want freely
Minas Tirith would be a dream, but I’d have to buy a new shelf
I've gotten back to Lord of the Rings and I really want a small set to have characters.
Would LOVE a Minas Tirith. I’d be okay with not having a hobbiton because of the baggend released in the hobbit wave, if it meant we got a Minas tirith.
Hope to get my hands on that fellbeast 🙌
