The old Forum, they should've kept it as an historical building, but we all know how stupid our politicans are. Nice video btw, brought back so many memories, when hockey was hockey, and the old forum was where all the Stanley Cups were won by Montreal.
OMG ! What a voice. The best rendition that I have heard of any national anthem.
Roger Doucet was the best in any language.
I remember him singing before game 6 of the 1971 finals on CBS.
Roger's oh canada to me is the song I would bring if I was on a deserted island besides Jennifer garner
If you don't get goosebumps watching and hearing this--go see a doctor, Seriously. You need help.
Roger Doucet was the best, no matter what language.
I was at this game. Canadians were not familiar with the Soviet anthem until Mr. Doucet sang it on this night Sept 2 1972. Amazing history
he did not sing that night. I pasted his singing from another game. It was much later that he started singing it
He did not sing it that night. I made the montage took it from a later game.
remember the voice Roger Doucet had sang the anthem with emotion and could grab your attention.
I'm an American and I get choked up
If you're ever going to kneel for a national anthem. Here it is.
Roger pumped up the Soviets, who went on to rout the Canadians in that Summit Series opener in Montreal. What a series that was!

It IS a historical building… open to the public … get your shit together …

That Russian anthem is very powerful.
It's an old french hymn from syndicalists L'Internationale. They now have changed the letter to reflect the change, actually rather nice.
Roger Doucette did not sing O Canada on this night in 1972 … y’all been duped …
It's not "duped", it's montage

WOKE, WOKE, WOKE
Reparlez-nous du sexisme des exploits militaires quand les femmes iront au front à raison d'une conscription.
