I don't get why you don't get many sponsors. You have one of the best automotive youtube channels out there...Always entertaining to watch and learn stuff.
It’s a game of “who you know” in this industry it seems.
@@SarahnTuned Facts and it's not just in that industry...it's fairly pervasive in every industry. Happy B-Day! Mine's tomorrow!! woot
I guess its a lot of "i scratch your back, if you scratch mine"...
If you’re free of sponsorship, you can offer your true opinion on products.
@@nulsum252 True but her projects cost ALOT of money to do properly. I'm sure it would be very helpful to curb some cost...
Your comments are the best. "That's why I can't have nice things, like knees"😂
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the hardest working woman I know on CZcams. Please give us the traditional car selfie! I look forward to that every year.
💀
"They say it's your Birthday," "Happy Birthday to ya." Carl H
Have a happy birthday! Take an hour or 2 off! 😉
How could you not love this woman ? 😊
❤
❤
Intelligent, mechanically minded, entertaining, a bit sassy, cute and ❤
Cause someone else may be already be loving her lol 😂 I get what you are saying
❤I do very much
Great video and thanks for the roadrunner entertainment. I love those little dinosaurs running around the desert.
Watch a video on what a road runner can do to a rattle snake. (Actually, since I am here watching an SnT video, I should have referred to the snake as a "snattle rake")
Having lived in Canada all my life, I've never actually seen a roadrunner (other than the looney tunes one, if that can count at all, lol). I mean, I've seen beavers, moose, bears and all sorts of other woodland creatures but never a real life roadrunner, I don't even think I've seen a picture of one. But as soon as Sarah showed it, I'm like, "is that an actual roadrunner?" Sarah's videos aren't just automotively informative, we get to learn some stuff about life in the desert too!
Your generous heart and self demand for perfection are both a joy to watch and a daily inspiration. Thank you.
You keep filming, we'll all keep watching 👍👍
Yessir, I can even watch the lovely Sarah assemble a Lego set. She'd make it fun. :)
Looking great Sarah! Only one suggestion though on the pump mounting. You probably should add a strap to the frame. Only being mounted by the two bolts on the crossmember I could see it vibrate already while you were finishing the mounting. Going down the road it WILL vibrate until it snaps off from the crossmember. Adding a third mount bolt to the frame would reduce how much it will vibrate. I work on OEM prototype vehicles for a domestic auto manufacturer here in Michigan and have learned what vibration and harmonics does to components as they are driven down the road and why components are mounted the way they are. Frequency can do some really strange things to vehicles!
having toured with rock bands, and seen what 600 miles of potholed road every night between venues... I've seen some abuse to gear from vibration. We use nylocs in that industry so things don't vibrate loose.
Posting from Western Australia, thanks for calling it a ute in the thumbnail. 😊
Posting from Aotearoa/New Zealand, same here! Sarah called it a Ute!
This is the only car channel I've found that goes into the detail of the build like you do. Your knowledge is inspiring and your sense of humor is comforting and down to earth. Please don't change a thing in the way you present yourself or your channel!! Thanks a million for sharing! ❤
Project Binky. More detail than any detail before it and since. Bad Obsession Motorsport. It’s a rabbit hole. Start at episode 1. See you next year.
One of my favorite youtubers says: "If it works it can't be wrong!" - so true in my eyes!
That's especially fun if something works, but barely, like metal shavings in gearbox oil.
It will work or it won't, Puddin's fab shop..
I like the phrase: it ain't stupid if it works
This Super Duty F350 is my favourite of all your builds. My heart goes out to your knees.
@garyworokevich2524 - i won't send her another tool, instead i'll send hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, neosporin and such.
As an Australian who still drives a 99 ute, I’m loving the Aussie vibes on this project and the colour is spot on.
When someone like yourself isn’t getting sponsors, I don’t get that. You’re the most meticulous, caring CZcamsr on this platform. You are essentially a one person band. You do get help on occasion, but it isn’t like you have a staff. Thanks to Angel and the guys next door for helping you. Hope Charlie is very happy with this truck. It will be epic. Press on Sarah! Nobody does it better!👍🏻💖
Charlie is very fortunate to have a friend like you.
Sarah is such a sweetheart that I'd even watch her assemble a Lego set. I bet she'd find a way to make that fun to watch. :)
She'd bust out the little foam finger to point at stuff lol
you are correct saying that it feels like an oem part.
in australia ARB is used by toyota, ford, holden and probably others as a dealer optioned bull bar.
the truck looks pretty tuff now, crazy.
Olfactory system memory (sense of smell) is the highly resistant to forgetting. The Proust effect.
That sticker smell memory trigger was hilarious!
Aussies know best how to make the proper truck bumpers! 🚧🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘
I agree. Not only is that ARB front bumper extremely functional, but it is also a beautiful work of art. Don't even want to look up the msrp on that bad boy.
They do come in handy on the Stewart Highway. Saw plenty of mangled ‘roos heading to Pt Augusta.
Road trains with bull bars tenderized the big ones
@@sargefreedom1578The image that came to mind while reading your comment was a scene from one of the Mad Max movies.
@@tomheringer2047 We would travel the borefield tracks when primitive camping. It was like Mad Max in places, especially when traveling to Coober Pedy. It was all fun and a great experience
The smile on Charlie’s face was worth all the hard work
Still being in your 30s is underrated🎉
"It takes a special kind of idiot to get the job done correctly with the wrong tools." That's my life motto. LoL
I'm a pre-organizer Lego builder. Thank you for the BEST and most entertaining & informational content on the videosphere.
That time lapse compression of unstapling the parts box for the bumper was disturbingly satisfying.
I used to hide one piece from my brother's Lego sets.....
And then "find" it for him later and say, "you should organize all the pieces before you start".
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NERD! 🤓
The excitement at finding out the cardboard box was sectioned was almost palpable.
crocodile dundee: thats not a bumper
This is a bumper
Always fascinating, funny, and strangely cathartic😁Thanks Sarah 👍
Happy birthday Sarah. Hope you have an amazing day. X🎉
Found your site by mistake, but absolutely love it (and you 😊!). I’ve worked with cars since I was 15 , but don’t remember having as much fun as you seem to have! Knowledgeable, ambitious, talented and funny…….and really attractive 😅! Really enjoy watching you and what you do!
Actually, Henry David Theroux mentioned sitting on pumpkins as an alternative to furniture 😊
I love Charlie's truck project! I can hear him say, "Mine" in a seagulls voice in my head!
Oh and yes please! Loving the wiring stuff. You are an amazing woman
The Bumper and that paint color…excellent choices! The build is Coming along amazing. Charlie is so lucky to have a friend like you!
Love your videos of assembly jobs like this. But I also second the comment by many others that the previous Celica wiring video was so interesting and not boring. Very educational. Please continue with the wiring videos.
That new bumper fits the truck like a glove and protection is a must. ❤❤❤
That bumper is awesome. You are the best friend ever.
We did get effies Australia. In the 70s and 80s they made them down here. Nothing in the 90s but in the early 2000s they bought them over and converted them to rhd. They didnt sell too well as big + expensive. Annnyhows, the arb 'bumper'. Its a roo bar. Not a brush guard or bull bar. Its a roo bar. To be fair, pretty sure you wont be hitting any kangaroos in arizona, but they will also do a number on padestrians or lost uber drivers.
I wish we could 👍 your videos twice.
This truck is looking incredible. Now I find myself wanting to go find an F350.
Have a great birthday today!!! We all enjoy every upload and appreciate all you do to make it happen. :)
That is one sexy birthday bumper. I have been loving the Super Ute build because I will have to be doing one of my own in a couple of years with an Edison electric conversion. Have a Birthday Boba on me.
Edison Motors ICE Electric conversion would be awesome.
I have no issues with you getting sponsors. If its a personal thing, so be it. But rock the sponsors Sarah. Gives you more freedom to do what you want and gives us viewers more content. We want to see you succeed. You're better than 90% of the paid for shows on Motor Trend an other cable channels. You have a great formula here and its only getting better.
Hi Sarah, long time watcher, short-time Patreon, now new member. Love your content. Always a joy to get your notifications. Hope your having a lovely day!
🏁
I enjoy the wiring just because it's fun to watch someone else tackle that type of job that is very complex. Wiring is not for the faint of heart.
It really feels like we are right there working on the vehicle, too. This way you do stuff and get camera to it. Learn a lot from these !
That’s a great looking bumper and that’s a really nice birthday present
Knolling. That’s what it is called when you organize parts as you did prior to installing them. You can thank Adam Savage for that.
Brake caliper paint that requires a bake will work on those tow loops. It's just about getting a solid 2-3 coats and then baking at 200 for for like an hour.
The Fummins is badass always loved that body style of F250.
Your videos always have at LEAST one moment where you do something totally nitpicky and I just smile. The paint pen in the drilled holes was this one. I love it. And, yeah, that bumper is rad. Nice call.
I super appreciate the accuracy of your work. And your jokes. Thank you!
I really appreciate the fun video production stuff Sarah throws in to her vids.
You did an amazing job transforming and restoring that Super Duty…all I can say is WOW! Love your attention to detail and your sense of humour.
That extra bar was added to prevent the truck from accidentally swallowing compact cars.
I have learned a lot from watching your videos. I'm nowhere near your ability level, but will be restoring and working on more vehicles once I retire. I'm currently upgrading wiring and adding solar to our trailer. As an electrician I get the concepts, but working on cars or trailers is much harder to access, all the clips and plugs are not standardized so retrofitting can be frustrating. Working on old rusty cars is hard enough, can't imagine videoing and editing it all as well. You Rock! Try to take a break once in a while, we will still be here for the next video...
The bumper/bullbar makes a huge difference, looks great. Still very suprised at the lack of sponsorship you receive, hopefully this changes. The quality of your work deserves plenty of support.
Thanks! and happy b-day
A great break from making sense of a birds nest.Have 3 different fass systems. The people at fass are top notch.
This truck has such a hardworking back story it is heartwarming to see you giving it new life for Charlie!
Sarah, you could be painting a wall, you are interesting to watch with the bonus one liners and funny comments.
"they have different color cardboard trees" is exactly how my brain works too.🙂
REEEEEALLY hoping you color match the wheels. Just feels so appropriate.
Sarah makes some seriously nicely sorted builds. More sponsors (small or big should give her a shot)
I honestly love the way the wheels look as is! They look grewt with that distressed look. And the color(s) flow amazing with the paint choice! I would just clear over them!!
The truck is my most favorite, most interesting build personally!
Either go.
Bigger, go home.
Nice job Sarah in tune😊
Happy birthday, Sarah! Thank you for what you do and Stay Awesome!
15:30 I can’t do it! Big Joe SNL 😂
I put an ARB Bull Bar on my 1995 jeep Cherokee 20 years ago and the thing looks brand new still to this day. Smart choice, Sarah.
Fabulous bumper.....looks fantastic....Happy Birthday.
Just in case you’ve not heard it yet today…Sarah…You Are Awesome !!
That bumper looks fenomenal on that truck!! Love it! And Charlie probably wil too.....😁😁😁😁👍👍
You do everything the way I wish I could do everything. Bravo. Thanks for sharing all of this, I realize there's an enormous amount of work involved in doing the work and then producing the videos but I really do appreciate it
That bumper is Mad Max-errific !!
I for one love your wiring videos. Very zen. Much goodness.
I've been following you for at least a couple years. Is there anything you can't fix or at least won't attempt? Not sure how easy you find this stuff to be, but dang girl you are amazing.
Adaptability is under appreciated these days. Critical thinking to get the job done with what you have!
This build is going kinda Mad Max, and I love it.
If I had an off-road or real work truck, I would do it just like that! I like it!
You’re such a hard A** worker! Thank you for sharing all of your projects with us!
that's a sweet bumper. I'm sure Charlie will be most happy with it.
Sarah - Glad you saw our enthusiasm for the wiring vids on the Celica! It's your enjoyment of the work you do that makes your videos so much fun to watch - you love that stuff, and we love watching you enjoying what you're doing! Keep up the great work and HDB!
amoung the 250 things-ish that make a Sarah n Tuned video enjoyable and unique : her wildlife whispering with inter-species conversation. plus a visit from Mr. Italiano ! - Thank You Sarah.
The UNI-BIT is ALWAYS the right bit. ALWAYS... :D
Happy birthday!! Thanks for all you do! Hope you get to enjoy at least a little "you" time on your day
More sponsors would certainly help, but too many would cramp your style. You show us how tough jobs can be accomplished by taking your time and planning, planning, planning. I look forward to every video. Great Job! And, thanks!
Yeah.. having no retirement and being broke because I pay to make all these videos out of pocket is a cramp in every joint of my body. Lol
I love this truck. Great job refreshing it, I want one now.
Hit a wallaby at 85kls yesterday, arb not marked, designed to force the animal down under 😊
The guys were amazed at the bull bar!
100 kls outside any state capital these are standard on Toyota 4x4 or larger.
If you are driving off road in Australia these serve multiple functions, light bar, wench/recovery points, aerial fix point, even water or tools 😊
Great video well done😄🇦🇺🦘
You deserve all the sponsors.
Interesting work... I used to make and fit these bumper bars here in Australia when I worked for ARB... and canopies and lockers... fitting your first one is always a learning process...
Oooo....you probably already have a wheel color picked, but powder coating them a dark metallic bronze would be sick! I think it would pair awesomely with the tan and black.
Wow Longistics Genius Sarah one of a kind Videos i have seen your builds are Cool you realy could be on discovery channel Hey keep up the great work and i cant waite to see that ford truck done wow your friends are so blessed to have your gifts at hand wright in front of there lives amazing thanks again joey.
Hey Sarah, really digging the transformation of the F350! It's amazing how you've turned it into a powerhouse with that Cummins swap. Keep up the awesome work!
I love when you throw in a beavis sample. ❤ you funny
❤Special cardboard tree !
Cute...loookin' GREAT Sarah👍♥️🤠
I like that one sponsor came forward, and hope many more come to help with the channel Sarah, as it will help with the content.
I love that bumper, major disappointment when you said you weren’t installing a winch, oh well.
Happy Birthday Sarah! 🥂👌💯 I'm thoroughly enjoying your content. Thanks a bunch!
Sarah doing Sarah things. 😂 Love the humour too. Great work once again. ❤
Honestly didn't expect a roadrunner to sound like that! Oh and thanks for the car videos for people of the world watching car videos on CZcams, you're great Sarah!
Much awaited, much appreciated looking forward to excellent work as always from you.
