Ingredient List

420g vegetables (285g eggplant, 66g lady’s fingers, 75g long beans)
(Coat the eggplants with about 2 tbsps of cornflour before deep-frying them)
30g dried shrimp (soak in 60ml water to soften before chopping them up. Keep the soaking liquid aside to cook this dish. Deep fry half of the dried shrimp and use the rest when cooking the dish)
4 cloves garlic, chopped
0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
