This is a great video! I do want to say, your natural silver hair is stunning! I went silver finally in my mid fifties (I’m 64 now) and I love it. I’ve influenced 2 female relatives to do the same. It’s so beautiful. I’ve had hair dressers ask me who colored my hair and I tell them God did it. 😊

@@LaurieAnnCurry I've chosen to do the same thing, also because of a plethora of autoimmune diseases. I'm not really loving my "natural" grey, though. It's definitely a very mousey flat grey, as opposed to the gorgeous silver that Patti, Rocki and other ladies are so blessed to have. I've thought about trying to find a stylist who has experience working with autoimmune issues, but I'm not sure that anyone like that exists in my area.

I think the colors turned out fantastic on you. It's funny about not having a lipstick because that blush on your lips is a phenomenal shade. I don't know if you like the feel of any of the products, but the finished looks certainly flatters you.

My Mom had a friend who was a model and she always said that woman could put on a burlap potato sack and look good. Now I have Patty who can put on any makeup and look pretty. I did use dollar store at one time, but now mostly use what's at Walmart since I don't drive anymore, and the senior bus can drop me and pick me back up easily there and I can get everything there. I can't get everything at the dollar store.

My goodness right.. she's stunning.. I've ruined my skin tanning I have a few white spots that totally wash out my whole face 😢 and I don't know how to make it look better.. but I totally wish I had listened to my mom about tanning at 19 through my late 20s with the facial tanner on 😢.. my goodness the damage I've done 😢😢😢

My husband did that, had to have surgery to fix it, then working night shift and didn't see a pothole and went down it! Same leg, messed it up even worse and it's never been right since!!!😢

I like the lighter coverage make up on you. I am 73 and find that heavier make up just doesn’t work anymore. Lighter products look younger and more fresh.
The eyeshadow color looks better than what You usually use. The lighter color makes Your eyes look bluer!

I tried most of the Dollar Tree LA Girl Makeup without much luck. The b pure, effortlessly ageless blush from Dollar Tree is the same or better as high end brands. When they have it I try to buy it. I wish they would carry other effortlessly ageless product at our Dollar Tree. Happy New Year!🎉

Hi Patti, I’m in the UK so we don’t have a dollar tree. Ours is called Pound Land. I have never tried their make up, but the nail varnish is excellent, it stayed on for over a week! I think your finished make up application looks really lovely x
Wilko's used to do a range called Essence which I use. It's brilliant, lots of it made in Italy too. Now they've closed down I've just found out that I can still buy it online. It's cheap but great quality.
Thank you so much for trying to find and share cheap makeup with us. It helps us so we don't waste our money at Dollar tree, and just buy things that really work. The mascara there might be okay, but we won't waste even a $1.25 on an eyeliner pen or foundation. I wish other channels would do the same thing and let us know the cheapest products that really work. Good for you doing the right thing!!!!!
You know, as I watched you, I had an idea. Every little girl loves to play with makeup. I think these dollar tree items would be a nice little gift for that little girl who wants to start imitating her mom or sister. And it's not going to break the bank.

I love your channel!! I have to tell you this- - I use Charlotte Tilbury foundation and I love buying the “high end” products, BUT I have used Dollar Tree’s eye palates in the L.A. Colors “Ombré A Paupieres: Nudes” , Supernatural”, and “Haute,” along with the L.A.Colors blush in “Peach Rose,” for years!!!
I am also a very “picky” person when it comes to makeup - - and no joke- - People are always asking me where they can buy the eyeshadow and blush that I use!!! Thanks for this video that validates using these products, which look gorgeous on you!!!!❤️
My final judgement would definitely be how long the products last. Personally, I don’t care for drug store products and I wouldn’t want to waste my money on anything that I would have to “make work” from the dollar store or elsewhere. I would go without before I would wear something that looked cheap or of poor quality. My favorite cheap makeup has always been Wet ‘n Wild and I have actually repurchased a few items from this brand. I admit openly that I am definitely a make-up snob…!!! 🤷🏼♀️💝
I have used the shadow and eye liner from Dollar Tree for years, and don't use any other brand of eye make up. I use loreal for foundation and blush and everyone always comments on my make up how professional it slways looks. Patti you are right a cheaper foundation has no coverage. You have done a wonderful job and are naturally very attractive.

I think the makeup on you is very pretty. I use some of the Dollar Tree products from time to time. I like the Ageless Concealer so much that I've purchased it twice.

Just wanted to say, I think it’s great to be reflective and show what needs to be done to put out content. It’s hard work. I have enjoyed your channel and you are my inspiration. I love seeing you trying out products as I do the same. My kids call me a product whore. 😅 some days are just pajama days for me when I don’t have anything going on or just need to stay close to home to get stuff done, but I love to glam up when I do go out. I did go back to eye lash extensions and people said I look so much better (I’d been through a couple of surgeries and it’s been hard recovering at 66). So press on! 🎉🎉🎉

I bought a tinted moisturizer from DT the brand is Believe beauty. I love it. Moisturize before I apply. It’s wonderful. I was really surprised at how good it is.

I've used make-up since I was 15 and I'm 77 now. I never used foundation until a few years ago and definitely need a decent under eye concealer now. I have a more difficult time because everything has fallen and I can't see as well and ....... Anyway, thank you for your videos. I love them!

Hi ! Ms Patti, I am a relatively new subscriber, having been told about you by my sister who is certainly a most faithful viewer. I am 68, going make-up free for several years for various reasons - [at no fault of my own]. My sister has urged me to get back at it, giving me a bunch of new products to start out with, telling me I should watch you to get some tips since the style & my age has changed considerably. With your easy, clear & understandable instructions I have been given the incentive to give it a shot...with some results being better than others !!! Being in the process of looking at your earlier videos, I am getting as much information as possible enjoying not only your wisdom but your wit & encouragement. ! I have vowed to at least to make an attempt to apply some make-up daily in hopes of making me feel better about myself. thank you for all that you have done for me and undoubtedly many other women - mature or not.
