It's worth factoring in with Irish and British biscuits with the like of kimberlies is they're often a little too dry because they're supposed to be enjoyed with tea. You guys are ok but a lot of taste tests find all the biscuits too dry for this reason. With the like Kimberlies I think they're designed to be dunked and soak up a little tea.

Yes, it's something both the Irish and the Brits do- a drink's too wet without one( a biscuit!!)! It puts me in mind of Peter Kay's skit about dunking digestives and Hob Nobs in tea-"Muuuum! Me biscuit's fallen in me breeeeewwww!!!!"

Lads. This has made me really miss being able to get Dulse seaweed. I loved going to St George's Saturday mornings and picking up a bag. Such a pity you weren't able to eat yours!

We have Mikados in Michigan but they're called Piccadillies and have two cookies instead of one. They also sell Mikados here as well.

People are probably referring to the regular Tayto cheese and onion likely the most popular in Ireland and you should've tried an Ulster fry in Belfast.

If you are really going to try Tayto you should try cheese and onion, beef, prawn cocktail or spring onion. You can visit the factory which is in a castle in Tandragee northern Ireland.

☘ Lads for your next trip you NEED some Irish tea! Legend has it that the Irish drink more tea per capita than the Chinese. The nation is divided between Barrys and Lyons lovers! Did you try an Irish chipper? Batter sausages and curry chips! And definitely tayto cheese and onion between 2 slices of Kerrygold buttered white sliced pan (bread) 😊 miles better than that shite sweetened American butter! Loved your reaction to the mikados... 100% accurate 😅
