Just going by actual canopic jars, the last skull you werent sure about is baboon skull and it does look like one- Notice the flatter, larger nose hole, vs. the Jackal and the less pointy front incissors that are actually kinda flat, like with humans, for cutting rather than tearing like a dog The heads on canopic jars are not random, they represent the 4 sons of Horus, each responsible for protecting a particular organ, Duamutef: the jackal-headed was assigned to the stomach; Imseti: the human-headed god assigned to the liver; Qebehsenuef: the falcon-headed god assigned to the intestines. Hapi: the baboon-headed god was assigned to the lungs; Which is were the organs went before embalming- into these jars ;)

Don't get me wrong, bazaar items are horribly overpriced, but Funcom or any other company wouldn't even bother making new content for the prices we'd like to pay. The stuff on the bazaar is kind of high quality compared to DLC or battlepass items, so should be priced accordingly.
thats my point and always was... so sad people cant simply see it, its a clear as a tear no item should cost more that 1200 CC (exact coins number you can get from BP) foe example building set - 1200 CC (seems fair) so players can decide, should they go and spent BP coins for bazaar, or wait for new one plus you can buy 1200 with 9.99 bundle any time, same as a BP price how the geck we suppose to buy items with prices like 1204, 1237, etc? i tell you, buy more packs, which gonna leave you with some stupid amount of CC no enough to buy next BP or smth else, than you forced buy more CC, and repeat, predatory af...
Only thing funcom is running is their business into the ground. Wont even try Dune with the problems that have accosted conan exiles. I love what robert e. howard created, loath what dumbcom did with it. @beauhawkes3221
I like it personally, I plan to make an end game pyramid base for my Sorcerer King character. The embalming wraps from the AoW battle pass I think are supposed to go with this.
I thought embalming wraps too, but I feel like they might be a little too plain for this bundle. I'm thinking something more along the lines of Golden Stygian Raider, just more suitable for a pharaoh

A sedan chair is a mode of transport that consists of a seat inside a cabin with a detachable roof, mounted on two poles and carried by two men known as ‘chairmen’, one at the front and one at the rear. It's common name was a 'litter.' The items are nice but, not twenty quid nice!!

It would be cool if they did add a working sedan to the game. Assign two thralls or maybe four for a larger more elaborate sedan and you ride it just like a mount.
The pyramid set is a fair bit older than this, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them bundled together in the future. $20 for this and the pyramid set would have been a much better deal though
I’d say it’s beautiful. I’m not an RP player, but if I was, I’d buy it. But I don’t play now because I have been too into mtx for too long in games and had to stop. 😢 PlayStation Home had a home that was an Egyptian tomb replica and I loved it. The prices for homes back then was probably the same or more (obviously graphics now are higher quality). I appreciate the details of the chest and canopic jars. In addition to the past items, you could make an entire pyramid and tomb system.
Thanks for the video. Incredibly atmospheric and nicely done set, you're right, if it also included armor, I'd pay the $21. But there's no armor there, so I won't pay $21 for it because it's not worth that much.
My fellow Exiles, Gone are the days of paying for a DLC and getting all those nice goodies. Nope, FC is out to make a buck and nothing else. I think for the money not only add armor to it, but also all the building pieces as well. This stuff in made on a PC somewhere, it's not like it cost FC too much $$ to make this stuff. I've got nothing wrong with supporting a game I enjoy, but some advise was given to me years ago.... "You money spends just as good someplace else!" Great review, Thanks
I mean, Isle of Siptah (even at it's infamous beginning) DLC gave us whole new map together with dungeons and two whole building sets and three armors, not to mention equipment from said dungeons, and it still was cheaper...
Imagine someone coming to raid your base, and suddenly the owner of that base comes out of a Sarcophagus and starts attacking.😂 Anyways, they really need to start revisiting these Bazaar prices now that they're doing away with the Battle Pass.
This set looks spectacular. But wait, it doesn't include those walls with the hieroglyphs too? For $20 I would want those building items included also. For just decorative placeables I think $10 is max. Price aside this set is NICE.
The hieroglyphics wall, and all the sand-colored building pieces in this video, are from the Stygian Pyramid build set that I think released back in the Age of War: Chapter 2. That set is $10 (1200cc) when it shows up on the Bazaar, though is sometimes bundled with other Stygian deco/armour
How tf can Funcom keep overpricing these cosmetic items when literally every time you review them you say "its nice, but too expensive. Cant recommend." God damn clown devs
100% - the pieces are nice though the price is way too overstated… unless you are an absolute Stygian role player I’m not use it will be a high purchase
@@Eradicati0nn We can use the spike traps from the event. I made a cute sphinx full of spike traps with this set. It's perfect. But I do agree, we could use more pyramid related traps.
Feels like the devs have finally given up on the game. Chapters only twice a year now and battle pass removal. Sadly, I think the end has finally come. Been slowly approaching
I don't see that myself, I think they're making cuts where they can to give themselves more time to release stuff that isn't broken on launch. As exciting as the constant stream of content has been, it was definitely unsustainable
The sarcophagus and the throne are interesting, but the other contents are not so functional and the price is sky high... at that price whole dlc contents have been released and is absolutely nonsense to release a single content at that price... even if I have a Stygian character I'll pass on this one.
Not directly, no. I assume some money does, just as sales of Cyberpunk would have funded development on The Witcher 4 for example, but I believe that the money from the Bazaar is mostly funneled back into Conan

What's the point of filling out surveys if they won't listen. Comments always say its over priced, steam recommendations also mention it, influencers as well. Sadly I think Dune will meet the same fate.
I just hope the game can get tons of actual content, instead of battle pass stuff and skins, I will state though that once their dune awakening game releases, Conan exiles might more than likely be dead. Especially if the dune game is a huge success, they are going to completely forget about Conan and focus on Dune. Which sucks cause I do really like Conan.
To be fair the devs have tried to add a good amount of content thus far, it just doesn't help that the development cycle is super fast and most content is marred by bugs, hard to enjoy the content when loads of things are buggy. Hopefully the move to add a fourth chapter to each age will help to slow and maybe even reverse that snowballing effect I think Dune and Conan can co-exist from what we've seen thus far. Dune is a survival MMO and Conan is a survival RPG, and given low fantasy vs sci fi, I think the two can hold their own player bases. Funcom also own the Conan IP, as far as I know they don't own Dune, just license it. I wouldn't think any business would want to burn their own IP for a license they don't outright own. I'd much prefer to see both games be successful and learn from each other
the decoratives are beautiful i'm not gonna lie, but the price is ugly as fuck, I would want to use this set but i just can't get behind the price and i'm getting scared at the future of conan exiles bazaar.
Most on the stuff on the bazaar is "discounted", this set is new so it's full price. The price will drop at some point, but it will still be quite horrible.
@@Aggrobiscuit The discounts are fake. The nemedian library is up right now showing 1498 cc price discounted from 2140. But old videos prove that 1498 is the original price from 7months ago. The price slash is fake to deceive the players.

Not sure why they went with those skulls instead of "normal" heads but it's really nice they got the number and animals right.
In the end, simply put, NOTHING in the bazaar should ever go beyond $10.

For me, the best part about this set coming to the store is that the Stormglass Sanctum appeared next to it... Finally got it!

If a thrall inside is set to aggro enemies, will they escape the sarcophagus to attack an enemy? I suspect not but it would be nice to know.

Doesn't look like the set include trap building pieces, e.g. floor trap doors, side trap spears, roof trap guillotines, etc.
