I gotta admit the second guardian ape fight threw me off
And you didnt see when you fight 1 zombie ape and one giant regular one at the same time :)

For me i didnt beat the 2 last of this video but 4 others just for the other ending then 2 or 3 more optionnal

This is my new favorite anime
I had just defeated Lady butterfly (my first boss in this game). Was so close to having a mental breakdown. And now that I see the road ahead of me I’m gonna cry. I barely took my first step!

The first boss fight takes me back to Ninja Gaiden Black in which the first boss was a mounted general too. A bitch to defeat in the hardest levels.

actually is extremely easy, we played too much souls and now all we think is dodging LOL

do you have to defeat all headless and shichimen warriors in order to get the defeated all bosses trophy?
I just can’t get my head around the posture like whenever I do block correctly I always seem to end up outta posture so I back off regen but they do too and I can never seem to get a death blow besides without just getting their health down.
Yo I need help who do I go to for gourd seeds if I killed Emma? Do I have to save them and do play through two?

It indicates that a Perilous Attack is going to take place. These cannot be blocked. Only dodged.
EDIT: Apparently they can be deflected. But only with perfect timing.

@@kiet91 By the looks of the video, you chose to obey your father, when you get back to this game, don't obey him when he asks you to drop your master, you will get another few hours of gameplay which includes a few new bosses.

im actually dissapointed :) it would be so much better if there were atleast double the amount of main bosses in the game..
there are some that he didn't include in the video, at least 4 I think. In addition to that there are some minibosses with practically enough depth in moveset to justify being called a boss which some people do lol.
Abraham Link nah there’s more, he hasn’t found all of them yet, there’s a hint carp boss, demon of hatred, divine dragon and great serpent
Tons of others not shown here. And hopefully we get DLC in the future.
On top of that you get other main story bosses depending on the ending, Ishin is a completely different fight in the other ending and you don't get to fight the Owl in this ending.
Gonna be real boss design wise nioh wins they had a shit ton to work with and most of the bosses are just ninjas or humans
those are not all the bosses. There are at least 2 bosses from sekiro that make the entirity of nioh list look like garbage

Never think I would say this of a From game, but looks quite tedious and boring to me. Parry, parry, parry, parry, fill the orange bar, kill. Repeat. And two fights againts the monkey? Geeez
Wait... I beat the main story and I get the bad ending and I never fight the two apes. And I was thinking when I arrive to that place... that this was a boss arena but nothing happened. LOL

Yup that was really bad. Did not know to play the game back then, played it like it was another Dark Souls.
The boss fights drag on and get repetitive and you have very room for error kinda boring actually. This game sucks wait till it drops in price to buy.
My good sir, might I suggest being more careful with your thumbnails, as one could simply be mousing down youtube's recommended videos only to get egregiously spoiled.

Should not have taken you that long to beat Lasy Butterfly.. At least post better footage instead of 1 hit and dodge every time. It loses its interest really quick

Glad I didn't pick this one up.
Long drawn out battles where you're mostly blocking and waiting to get 2-3 hits while barely doing damage isn't fun. It's boring and time consuming.

You need to deflect on time, if you block you die very fast. Is seems slow but once you play it you realize the combat is very fast paced, faster then in any souls game for sure. Deflecting also builds up the enemies posture meter, allowing for finishers. That way your defense is your offense too, health matters suprisingly little in this game

It's a Japanese game made by a Japanese developer, set in feudal Japan. I'm not really sure what you were expecting. It's a really great game, just pretend you're playing Dark Souls and you leveled up dex.
