Djokovic was quickly and surely becoming more dangerous day by day as he would go on to reach his first major final here before losing to Federer, but Ferrer always had that grit and never-give-up attitude, equalling that of Rafa. Unfortunately he didn't have a real weapon like Rafa, but he will always remain as one of the most respectable tennis players of all time for me.
Wow, another super quality upload from USO 2007! Great match. Ferrer was in very high form in this tournament. I remember he survived a 5 set thriller with Nalbandian in the 3rd round, in which he came back from 2-1 down and in the next round he beat Rafa. Djokovic himself had a huge scare in the 3rd round as well in that 5 set thriller against Stepanek in which he too came back from 2-1 down. 2007 was a pretty spectacular USO. I was wondering, do you by any chance have the Roger matches against Roddick and Lopez in this quality from a CBS broadcast? I'm asking because I did not know the match against Davydenko existed like that and you have that. The 3rd round match against Isner had a CBS broadcast, so I would asume there might be one for the Roddick and Lopez matches too.
I know someone who has some older USO content in this quality which is how I’ve gotten hold of these matches and some older uploads as well in this quality. He has a few more matches still so I’ll go ask him and hopefully he does have these matches. Thanks for the comment!
@@KunnuITF Wow, thanks. That would almost bring a tear to my eye to see those matches in that quality. When I saw ypu uploaded the Davydenko match my heart was just as pumped up as it was when Roger was still playing. Thank you for all your efforts!
