- Welcome to my first youtube video!! I'm so happy you're here. Since I documented my first round of project50 with daily reels on instagram I decided to take round two to the next level soooo - Here we are!! :)
If you are not familiar with project50 - it is a 50 day challenge made by @statemnd to better yourself. There are seven rules you "need to" follow in order to finish it. If you fail one rule on one day you have to restart.
PROJECT50 RULES:
1. wake up before 8
2. 1h morning routine (no distractions)
3. healthy diet (no alcohol/cheats)
4. read 10 pages (non-fiction, educational)
5. exercise for 1h
6. dedicate 1h towards a new skill
7. track your progress in a journal
