In today's world, agriculture practices vary, which is understandable but it is too 'Subjective' since there is no Uniform approach or practices that is eaisly understandable or implementable (a reason for using excess and unnecessary pesticides and chemicals). So far, I have viewed about 30 videos related to Black Pepper farming and this is by far "The Best" video, providing end-to-end information useful for both budding and experienced farmers.
