I have to admit. It's a nice show. I can't forgive them with what they did to Rockwell but it presents the potential of Ark as a series to a good degree. That execution scene with A CHILD was something I never expected
Agreed, Rockwell is one of my most anticipated characters of the show. And his first few scenes already make his character do a full 180. I hope somehow someway they make it work.
The only way they can fix his character is to slowly give him development and make him and Helena friends and to make Helena a good person and have a few knockout tames
It almost made me cry when they got to add some of my people to this series, a fellow lakota man in the series was amazing and it amazed me that he almost overpowered a Roman general. Wakiyá natá ú or thunder comes charging will always be remembered.
The Shows were absolutely amazing! But one thing what I didn’t like is how the made Rockwell into a sniveling little weasel along with the giga, they made him just die to a little explosion

@@Niclas-dr3qt Halo has the locations, events, and some of the characters from the games and lore. Ark only has 5 characters from the game, and they are more different from the game than Halo's characters.

Show didn’t come out in my country but according to some reviews Rockwell has no character arc and the plot cares so much about lesbian stuff which does not make me all that excited but ig I’ll have to wait until April 19th to give a proper review, gorgeous edit tho
Good series, strays far from the lore and changes a lot about the characters. Which I dislike. But as a series and its own media it has a good storyline. 8/10. I enjoyed it and it was better than I thought. Do keep in mind it is not canon to arks lore at all tho.

As much as I love ark and its lore the show is just a husk of what it should be. Instead of focusing on actually surviving the island and the connection that Helen shares with Rockwell and the start.They focus on a Lesbian relationship which I have no problem with but I can’t help but say why focus on a small preference instead of the actual story and the lore. Also Why is Rockwell immediately a dick?? the whole reason you can understand Rockwell is he is just a passionate guy who got obsessed with element and corrupted him but overall a 4/10
I don’t like it for the same reason I and all to fathers don’t like the Halo series. It takes the established lore we got in game that we loved so much and wanted to see animated and they throw it out in favor of making so many changes to characters and scenes that it’s completely different and not what we were hoping/asking for to be animated into a series. I wanted to see more of the relationship devolve between Rockwell and Helena. I wanted to see the bond between Helena and Mei Yin as sisters in all but blood towards the end, Mei Yin and Diana was perfect and it’s a travesty that it’s been stolen from us. So many of those lore buts we got in game are just gone or vanished now in this series which is why a lot of us got upset.
